Selling a 120 volt product in a country where the voltage is 240, seriously what is the point.

Why would you sell an American product with an American power chord and lower voltage in Australia ? I am unable to use the product as we use 240 volts as opposed to American which is 120 volts. I was so looking forward to using this steam iron, when it came I noticed the different power chord and went and purchased an adaptor only to be told that if I use the machine with 240 volts that I would break it, doesn't really matter as I am unable to use the machine anyway, total waste of my money.

I have just received the product. I need to know how I can return it. I ordered on Amazon Australia specifically so that it would work in Australia. It came with an American plug and uses different voltage than in Australia. I cannot use this product.

Not very good at removing wrinkles. Not easy to use with such a thick and heavy attachment hose. Not continuous steam - machine takes too many short breaks and leaves you waiting to get back to try to remove wrinkles.
In the end, a regular steam iron is faster and better at removing wrinkles.
I do not recommend this product!

I bought this in November and work ok (not great) for all of five months. towards the end of march I realized it wasn't working properly, steam would come out for about 5 minutes and stop. now here we are in April and it doesn't work at all. mind you I only used it a few times on the weekends. never used it during the week so it didn't really get used much. I contacted the seller and she went above and beyond to replaced my order. I don't usually write reviews but this one I had to. I will not hesitate in the future to do business with her again.
