Wonderful, plush, thick bath mat

I was pleasantly surprised by this bath mat. I needed to replace an older, large sized memory foam bath mat in this dark purple color and had a terrible time finding one that matched and was reasonably priced. I found this searching on Amazon--and for some reason, this did not pop up earlier in any of my searches--so I decided to try it for less than $20. I worried that it would be thin and flimsy, especially after reading some reviews that it is thin--but it's wonderful Even more plush than my last mat, (Better Homes and Garden) softer, and a beautiful rich dark purple. If this is the color you are looking for, don't hesitate to purchase this item, it is very soft and plush. I will update this review if I find it doesn't dry well or falls apart quickly, but so far I am more than pleased with this product.

This rug is extremely thick & plush! I use it in my kitchen to keep my feet comfy while I cook and wash dishes.

I have not machine washed it yet, but it doesn’t have a rubbery underside that would be damaged in a washer or dryer.

The rug was way thicker & more plush than even my other high end Martha Stewart brand rug of a similar style!

After receiving this rug, I bought 6 more - toilet mats & rectangular bath mats - for other areas and rooms.

Wanted the rubberized backing to prevent slipping on my new plank flooring. Not a good choice. They move around and could cause a slipping and or fall. Color lovely. They really show any dirt. Using hot hey aren't made for heavy traffic. I will be washing them and see how.they handle that. Disappointed in thinness of the rugs. Will be getting something else in the future.
Update. Don't recommend these. Flatt and lose their shape. Washing will kill it! Lasted maybe 18 months.

Supreme Quality and Amazing comfort, I highly, highly, recommend. That's the professional side of me speaking./real me = This bath mat is like walking on a chinchilla, it's literally the best bath mat I have every had the pleasure of placing my construction, corn fed size 12 work boot feet on. I ordered it in the Beautiful Purplish color for the old lady and by golly G she wishes the bed was made out of it. Now that would be an even better feeling, wink, wink. But, seriously this thing is amazing......but seriously get back to me if you use the bed idea, I want 2% for creativity. BUY THIS THING PEOPLE!!!!

We've been using these for about a week and by all accounts they are living up to expectations. The site measurements are as expected (1/2" to spare and that is exactly what we have left of tile showing) and stitching appears to be solid in quality.

I don’t step on it with wet feet or my shoes. I put a tub mat on it when I step out of the shower. I take my shoes off and stand on it in bare feet. I have t tried washing it yet. The color of the mat is beautiful, it's soft, but it does slip slightly on my floor (moved it to a safer place); and when wet it seems that the moisture stays on the top of the mat, and remains moist longer than most mats. But, the color is beautiful and for that alone, it's worth it.

I ordered two of these for my bathroom, in two different sizes and colors. They are very cozy to stand on! The grippies underneath make them not slip around, and the colors are vibrant. I haven't tried washing one in a machine yet, but one thing I will note is that they seem to attract lint/hair and so it only takes a couple of days before they show little white dusty spots. However, they do also brush down nicely. Very satisfied.
