It takes forever to dry. You feel like you're standing in a pool of water. It slips and does not stick to the ground. Almost slipped several times. Dangerous! I'd rather stand on a cold tile floor than use this ever again. The only thing I liked about it, was that it looked nice, better than in the picture.

Very lightweight. And if it's MEMORY foam, why did they send it folded into fours? It's super light unlike memory foam. It feels horrible underneath your feet too. Just pure plastic crap. Not worth $1.

Do not buy. Slips out from under you

While I like almost everything about these bath mats (I bought two) I cannot recommend them. They claim to be non slip but have never lived up to that promise even though they are on dry tiles. I was getting out of the shower and stepped on the mat and it slipped out from under me and I came crashing onto the glass doors which dislodged the track holder rail. Luckily the rail got stuck on the walls and prevented a disaster. Because of this I will not use them and will find another mat that is indeed non slip.

I ordered 4 of these toilet mats to match (on the same order) the matching bath mats. The toilet mats different brand (Clark brand) than the bath mats (Genteele) and a way different color. The toilet grey have a very blue tint and are very dark with a very dark band and the bath mats the Genteele brand which is what I ordered they are the perfect grey and a lighter band around the edges. They are bought from same seller and you would think if your buying matching items they would pull the perfect brand and matching colors. If you are buying to match brand and color I would go to a different seller. Because they don't take pride in making sure of what they are sending you in there products. I don't usually write a review but I wanted other buyers to beware of there lack of perfection when spending this much money on several items purchased at the same time you should expect the brand you order and pay for and matching colors.

Creased and Too Stiff

I am returning this bath mat. It came packaged from the manufacturer folded in fourths, so it was heavily creased. See my 3 photos. They should have packaged it rolled instead of folded. I even tried putting it in the dryer on the "steam refresh" function which helped a little but it still didn't look good at all. Then I tried to drape it over the shower door and it's just too thick and too stiff to drape. The color is good, although I don't care for the way the nap changes the shade so drastically. It is thick and may be comfortable on the floor, but considering everything else, it doesn't work as I need it too. Very disappointed.

Had less than 2 years. 1 year warranty not listed so had to ask. They only offered a discount towards a new one. Sorry, I do not want a subscription based purchase every 2 years for a mat just to throw one away. Machine washable I have to question that it is somehow possible or maybe even a fraudelent claim. I am very light use with the mat and in one wash cycle the inside had completely crumbled whatever it was, and was mashed up to the edges of the mat inside. It was then somewhat U shaped where the center was just material and no firmness or foam or whatever is inside. Would not buy again. One of my worst purchases, and I hardly have bad purchases even in hundreds of orders throughout time with many products from other manufacturers.

It is now garbage and I would rather use no mat than to pay to get another at 15% off for the inconvenience!

I got 5 of these mats for our bathrooms. The Memory foam, after a year of use, loses its thickness and gets thinner than the original thickness. The extra puffiness you got at the beginning will be lost altogether. If you don’t mind buying a product to use in your bathrooms for a year, they are great. They are easy to wash, and built quality is good tough. I suggest that the manufacturer to use a different type of memory foam that will last for a more extended period of time.

I bought this item in September 2019 and loved it. It was what I wanted. In June 2020 I ordered 2 more for other areas in my bathroom. The new ones that came were not the same. The color was different and the quality was not the same at all. They are now very cheaply made. I tried to return in but the sellers said: Health and Personal Care products (cholesterol monitors, glucose monitors, fragrances, thermometry etc.) cannot be returned, but in the item description it states money back guarantee. I am emailed them back with a screenshot with their guarantee and have not heard anything back. I out in a claim with Amazon, but still waiting to hear back on that.

Not very thick or squishy 👎🏼

I’m soooooo bummed about these bath mats. I got a small one and a large one for my son’s bathroom and was hoping they’d be thick and squishy. We used to have one from Costco that was a good 1-1.5” thick. This is NOWHERE near as nice as that one. It’s about 1/2” thick and not very squishy. It also doesn’t hold the shape of your foot like other memory foam mats do.... my foot always feels like it’s hitting the floor when I step on it.

I might have just been spoiled with our old one and had high expectations. This one had great reviews.... but I’ll be returning both of them. Haven’t tested it with water absorption. It’s soft but not that soft. Seems too expensive for the quality, in my opinion. I just found a 1” mat on Overstock that’s half the price as these.
