Cannot get the hang of this brand's fit

This bra is good and sturdy, but I just cannot understand the fit of this brand and keep getting too-large or too-small things. I would get this but with a return option (my order is international and it would be the same cost as the item costs to return, thus not worth it) just in case you have the same problem.

I was dubious about buying a bra on Amazon, but as i was assured i could return it an get a refund i went ahead. As i have ticked, the 'fit as expected' box i have to say i am very pleased with this buy. I already have other Glamorise front fastening bra's but a different style so i expected a similar fitting. I personally can give the thumbs up on this bra as it gives (in my opinion) good support WITHOUT horrible wires and believe me being a 44J, support is very much needed.

Really disappointed. This bra oddly fastens at the front, which I didn't realise, but I'm open to that. However, I could hardly get this bra done up and when I did my boobs were spilling out of the top of the cups. It does seem like a nicely designed bra if only it was the size it said it was. I have ordered a return.

I looked again at the label to check it was the correct size, and it said '38J' in both the US size and UK size. The two are not the same! A US 38J is a UK 38GG which would explain why it does not fit at all.

If this was actually made in my size (American 38M), I would buy it.

This bra is amazing. I stopped wearing wired bras some years ago (I'm 58) and due to poor health and mobility opted for basic non wired front fastening soft bras with no support which did nothing for me and were ill fitting and uncomfortable. So I decided that I needed and deserved to find a proper bra.
I trawled through various womens wear retailers and came across Glamorize time and again, I particularly liked the diagram showing how the support works. I did get the sizing wrong at first 48DD (wow) but it was easy to return and reorder a 48D. The most expensive bra I've ever bought and the most comfortable. It really supports well, amazing in fact. The first time in a long time my bust has stuck out where it should be instead of being squashed. When I tried it on and put my shirt back on, I asked my husband if he noticed anything different about me. He scanned my hair then my face and then his eyes popped out and he broke out in a grin. That is how good these bras are! Ha ha!
So delighted with it I've bought another in black.

I have terrible pain in my shoulders where my bra straps sit caused by heavy boobs weighing on them constantly. (I'm an E cup) I tried this bra hoping it would take the weight off my shoulders and distribute it over my back. I was happy that it fit perfectly. It's a little awkward to get on at first but you get used to it. My chest feels very secure especially when I'm at work (I work an active job) but not uncomfortable at all. The bra stretches and moves with you which is great. Some things to take into consideration are that it does give an odd shape to your boobs plus the hooks are at the front which can be quite obvious if you wear skin tight clothing, however I always wear loose so this wasn't an issue for me. Also the band rolls a little especially if you have a bigger tummy. I chose the flesh coloured bra as it was the cheapest and will be wearing this the majority of the time to help alleviate the pressure on my shoulders. I have only been wearing for a few days but I can definitely tell this will help me in the long run. It is rather expensive but worth it and I will be buying some more so I can rotate them. All in all would definitely recommend for larger chested women who experience back pain as there doesn't actually seem to be many posture/back support bras on the market!

Worst bra I have ever bought. Having read a number of reviews saying that these bras measure small I ordered a 38K instead of a 36K. What arrived was still tiny. The band under the breasts measures only 31”. It is elastic so it is evident that the overstretched band is meant to provide support. It was far too tight when on and the cups are also too small. It was very hard to fasten and I ended up with a wide uniboob with a ridge down the middle at the fastening. The seam across the cups doesn’t lie flat either. Unfortunately I had a small cut that I didn’t notice so I can’t return it as it is slightly marked. It will have to go into a charity bag when washed. Total waste of money.

I have double-J size breasts which caused me immense pain in my back, shoulders when I wear a bra, and just generally get in the way. I have a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder which means I can’t get my arms behind my back to do up my bras so I thought front fastening bra would be the answer.

Whilst this bra has some good points like the front fastening makes it I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, this isn’t the answer I was looking for.

I have only’s pronouncer two weeks, maybe once every 2 to 3 days and it has been washed twice and now it just seems stretched out of fit, I’ve not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Pointless trying to get a refund the bar was born in all packaging has been thrown away, so I would suggest anyone purchasing this bra to put all of the packaging to one side until you have worn it. Then and only then if you are happy throw away the packaging without it you can’t get a refund. Sadly my search will continue to find a bra big enough comfortable enough and affordable enough for me. As someone who does not wear wired bras has a shoulder issue and needs a front fastening bra… I’m not holding my breath for anything soon

I have now purchased 2 of the black version, which are a perfect fit around the back and in the cup. I ordered the one which is nearer to skin tone in exactly the same size, but it was far too big around the back and in the cups, so I had to return it (very easy, and free). I don’t know if that was a one off or whether there is a discrepancy in sizes in different colours. As for the black ones, they’re a perfect fit but you have to go with the cups being quite pointed. The bra gives much better back support than a normal bra. My only quibble is that the underband rolls up a bit. Other than that, the bras are relatively comfortable. They seem to wash well (have to admit that I didn’t hand wash - they went on a 30 degree gentle cycle). How come the difference in price,though? I paid £27 for the first black one, but a bit more for the 2nd one a couple of days later! The cream coloured one I sent back was £40!! That’s a bit annoying.

I finally found a supporting comfortable bra for plus size. I’m a 48E and have spent hundreds on bras that don’t fit and don’t support. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis so had to have front fastening bra. They have all failed to deliver except this one, it supports my back and shoulders and my breasts are actually sitting where they should be. I will definitely buy more, the only minor criticism is the size of the hook and eyes, they are quite small so are fiddly with arthritis to close. But that’s the only negative it won’t stop me buying more.

Got this just to try as I wasn't sure it would help but it was reasonably priced and have good reviews. I'm a 38 E and they are heavy! I have always worn underwired wire bras in a balconette style as I was told I needed that for support. Working from home there Is a lot more admin work and leaning my back was suffering. My normal bras although of a high quality and fitted correctly were digging into the nerves on my shoulders and leaving an indent in the muscle. I thought the headaches and back pain were from other things and my friend suggested the bra's I was wearing might be the cause. The second this arrived and I put it on it was magic. My posture changed the weight was evenly placed over the shoulders and it was even more comfortable than not wearing a bra at all! The wider straps are a god send and they all look pretty. So pleased I have ordered 5 more in different styles and colours and they are all brilliant. Was a little confused when the size on the packaging for the others was a weird combo of letters and number but when I tried them it was a perfect fit. I love the front closure on this style as its so easy to put on and take off. If you suffer from shoulder or back pain this is a must try. Not having a wire is amazing and the fit is great under my clothes as well as supporting me. I also suffered from skin irritation under my breasts where the wire would sit, as normal daily sweat and friction would cause red marks. That issue is totally gone and I'm supported properly. Cannot rave about these enough. Thank you Glamorise you are awesome!
