ThIs bra does not do what the write up says if you are looking for a support bra do not buy this it is no wear near bounced controlled and it certainly is a waste of money stick to a shock absorber bra .
Great sizing. Supportive and enough stretch for comfort. If you are a larger cup size like I am (34F) you will be pleased to know there are 4 rows of hooks unlike in the pictures! I might just replace all my bras with these as they are actually pretty flattering as well, no uni-boob! LOL
I wore this sport bra to the gym once under a work out tank top. I felt like you could see vividly every aspect of my breasts and nipples. NOT COOL. This bra is inexpensive and is made out of low cost material. If you wear it under a thick cotton t-shirt it shouldn't be a problem, but most work-out heart is thin and this bra is absolutely not appropriate.
Besides the modesty - since the construction of the bra is made from thin material my breasts also moved around a ton while working out - so it doesn't work for actual exercise.
this isn't a terrible bra. The fabric is a bit scratchy which might change as it is washed. My reason for returning it is that there is a seam running through each cup of the bra that literally runs across your nipple. Why, oh why, would you do that? For a larger chested woman, the last thing I need is to bring attention to my chest. But the seam can be seen through a work out top and looks terrible.
I wear a 34 F. This bra gives support without an underwire. The straps are wide and cushioned. It has the effect of a minimizer both in cup size (no torpedo look) and in giving a narrower, younger look. It has a high neckline, which I also like. Too much cleveage makes you look old. The white one looks like you're wearing a tank top underneath...very stylish looking. I didn't zoom in on the grey one before ordering. The trim looks like camoflage which is really ugly and kind of defeats the purpose of the trim.
So I got my bra in the mail. It is cheaply made like a WMart style. It is a little tighter than I expected and the boobs are pointier than I anticipated. You can't really see how pointy it really is in the photo. I am a 36F or DDD, and this bra is pretty supportive for not having underwire. I do not think its hefty enough for a Zumba class, but I usually wear an underwire and a sports bra. But I would wear this to yoga, cycle and Krank class. All in all it was not priced terribly and it is decent. Nothing special , but I'm sure I'll use it.
