These are great running bras or high impact exercises. The provide really good support and are pretty comfortable. I gave them a 4/5 rating for comfort because they are a bit stiff and fabric is little rough. But I think they will soften up with wash and wear. They are not the most flattering because there are these seams in the front that show through your top. The bottom line when I am running I am not concerned about looking good only having support which this bra definitely provides. They also provider full coverage. So if you are a bigger chested gal you will appreciate this too :)

Not good for short women

If I were four or five inches taller, I'd probably be leaving a better review. Dear sports bra designers of the world: some of us have larger breasts, like to work out, but are short. We need adjustable straps, like, really really adjustable because of the aforementioned short. These straps are adjustable, but come many inches away from giving me any more hoist or support than a regular bra. So I'm going to either pay to have this altered or alter it badly myself so that I can actually use it. I'm coming to a point where it would just be easier to go back to school for design, and start my own sports bra company. So, in short (I know, too late), this is not good for petite women who like to do cardio.

10/10!!!!! I am 5’3” 145 lbs, small frame with 34DD. I stopped working out because it was becoming too painful and I didn’t want the girls bouncing all over the place anymore in the sports bras I had. I took a shot and ordered this bra based on the good reviews. Everyone was right, this bra changed my life as corny as that sounds. I can finally workout comfortably without pain or being self conscious. I ordered the 34D I believe, a size smaller to make sure I was tight and it fits perfectly. I can’t believe how much bounce control this bra has. I’m so thankful I took the chance.
