Perfect for medium impact 40F

This is my second bra to give you an idea of how much I love them. I am usually a 40G but i can squeeze into a 40F -- this bra is one of those bras i am very comfortable in. I wouldn't say they're the best for high impact. I have tried running in them but the straps creates friction around my shoulders when i do that. I would say this is fine for light cardio like a HIIT workout or weights. This is also great because the way the straps are created, it distributes the weight of my chest so I don't have neck pain like i get with regular sports bras.
