I wanted a sport bra for doing barn work and with such good reviews I decided to try this one. There’s some pros and cons.
What I liked: As far as support this bra does the trick. Keeps the girls in place and no smashing together.
What I didn’t like: The material is a little rough even after being washed so I hope it softens up a bit.
The color is more of a pink-y nude, instead of regular nude colored so that’s a bit odd.
It’s a bit tight so I think I could’ve ordered the 38DD which I may yet do in the future. It could use a little more stretch in the back.
The thing I can say I dislike the most is the strange seam that goes right up the cup. Because of the tightness it cuts in a little bit and when I took it off it left an impression on the skin, which left it a little sore.
I could use a little padding in the cups, since there isn’t any at all.
So all in all this bra seems to perform well but it could use some improving.
Lets be clear, this ain't a pretty, dainty, sexy bra. This is a serious bra, a no messing around, screw bows and lace, solid containment garment meant for getting down to business. And it works. I have had 3 babies in 3 years. The girls are not perky. They are now D's and previously, I was a B. They were driving me bananas, bouncing around and getting in my way and insisting on popping out of the tops or sides of my bras (and I have bought MANY bras in the last few months). This thing is amazing. Zero bounce without smashing the ladies. No worry about cleavage showing when you bend over thaks to that extra panel. Minimizing and supportive while still looking natural. It is not exactly comfortable, but it isn't bothersome either. This bra is tactical, meant for war. I am buying a few more.
Well, I loved the fact that this bra had a cleavage cover, so I ordered it. Now that I have it and have worn it, I still love the higher front profile but the bra didn't do what it was supposed to, which was support. There was inadequate support for a heavy-breasted woman. And, this bra did not control bounce for a runner. Another problem was the bottom edge curled up and trapped moisture. I think part of the problem is that I am too short to wear it. At 4'-11" this bra did not have a strap adjustment that could be shortened sufficiently. The way this bra is designed, any "support" is carried by the shoulders and not the cup construction or side construction of the garment. Also, the shape and size of the garment indicates it was fashioned for a taller woman. The straps could not be adjusted down sufficiently for my short frame. Short, heavy-breasted women would do better to keep on looking. On the plus side, the back fit well. Easy on, easy off. Good color. Good coverage at the side of the breasts so there is minimal flesh "pooching" at the underarms.
