First off, I will say, you need to look closely at the size! Since this goes down your sides, you may need to increase your band size if you carry fat in your tummy area. With increasing your band size, you may need to decrease your cup size. Depending on the brand, I wear a 36G or a 36FF. This was not available in G, so I ordered a 38FF not even thinking about the aforementioned band size issue. It does fit- but not as well as it could. I think if I ordered a 40F it would have been golden. As someone else said, it does give you the 50's pointy boobs, but not super terribly. Overall I like this bra. Just think carefully about the size before you order!
Based on the reviews I ordered this item for a wedding dress and was very disappointed. I ordered a cup smaller based on the reviews and that didn’t work. It’s aa absolutely beautiful bra it just didn’t work for me so I’m returning. I do believe this might one of those “must try on” before purchasing. The price is a good price as I had to pay more when this one didn’t work.
So it was both too large and too small. The breast size I ordered was D which is my normal size and the cup size I got was too large. I also ordered it in a size 48 because that’s what I am and the product either dug into my hips or into my armpits.
The material is scratchy and the bars that support is like it isn’t aligned right to the bra cup bar so it’s constantly going in and outside of the bar.
Do not use your bra as an indicator for size! I ordered 4 sizes but either the bust fit and the waist was too small or the bust was too big but the waist fit. It's exhausting and I just gave up. Spare yourself and purchase some Spanx or Bare Necessities.
After reading reviews I did what others advised. I went up 2 band sizes and that fit perfect. I went down a cup size and that was huge! I'm a large wiman with F cups and the DD under wire was sitting on my waist. It held me uo but popped up high enoug to see in the front under my dress.
Quality is good but cup is too pointy. I god 34DD. It’s makes my belly flat but split it like you can tell up area is flat and it pushed down my belly to the down. Because is not that long enough to cover it.
Well, I'm a bit of a conundrum. I have a larger bust/rib cage, but a smaller waist (classic hour glass)...I have had trouble finding things to fit into as far as strapless goes. I bought this to try out under my wedding dress -- ended up not loving the way it felt or looked. I opted out for having my alterations lady sew cups into the dress and alter it for me wearing nothing beneath for a better, more secure fit. (Any women out there wanting to have a made-for-them look, I high recommend them doing this! I'm so happy I did!) The bustier was seen at certain angles when I wore my dress, and while it was supportive, it wasn't very sexy feeling. But I might just be picky.
I purchased this item to wear under a Bridesmaid dress. I was greatly pleased that the item came in sizes for full figured women.I normally wear a 46DD, I ordered a 48D. The band size was great but the cup was WAY too big. there is inderwear and boning in the cups that give you no support, cone boobs and if you are anything like me and dont not have close set cleavage this bra makes even more pronounced. I returned it For a C cup still too large. Ultimately i ended up ordering a 48B for my normally 46DD's and opted to get push up pads for a little lift because I am still not completly filling out the cups and a slight alteration of the cups with 4 or 5 hand stiches made this perfect.
Aside for the weird sizing on the cups I was pleased that I got pretty good coverage on my torso and it helped give my otherwise undefined waist a little definition in a high waisted gown. I say all this to say order your normal band size if you want a little more waist tapering but do not order more than one size above your normal band size or it will be to large. As for the cups order at least 3 cup sizes smaller than you normally wear and invest in padding to help lift you up.
Give yourself a little wiggle room with time incase you need to return. Thank goodness for free returns.
I purchased this bra with the recommendations from others of a cup size smaller and two sizes bigger in the band. It fit perfectly, however, the shape of the cups created a “cone” like Madonna shape. Not really what I’m going for 😂
