Disappointing service and product

Poor fit. Poor service. Took weeks to deliver even though it said it was in stock and even after several reminders when immediate delivery was promised. Product had to be returned when it eventually arrived because of poor cup shaping. Won't use again. Very disappointing experience as have had a number of great fitting AND speedily delivered Goddess bras over the years.

Order my normal size a 42F. The cups were to big and the band size was sooooooo small. There was no way this was an actuate sizing. I'd recommend upsizing your band size.

I ordered this item to go under a gown. When I received it, I tried it on immediately and saw that it didn't work. The band was too big, the cups were too large, and this bra creates a "cone" effect in the boobs (I know some people like this look, which is fine, but it didn't work for me). Even if I ordered a different cup size, the cups are created in such a way that they dig into my skin, which is too bad because the bra looked cute in the picture.

The biggest issue I had was with the customer service. I tried this on without removing the tags because, according to the slips, it couldn't be returned without the tags. I took it off immediately when I saw that it didn't fit and I put it back in the box. After a few weeks of not hearing anything at all, this item was sent back to me with a card that said it couldn't be returned. The item was brand new, still had the tags, but couldn't be returned. I was not told why it was not accepted and was, instead, just given a vague explanation that it didn't meet their standards. It's hard enough ordering undergarments online, but if you're ordering from a company that isn't willing to give you feedback then you might as well not bother.

Do Not Waste Your Time And Money

I ordered the biggest size they had. I'm a normal size M to L. Despite ordering the biggest size, it was a wasted effort. It arrived in a heat sealed bag. The tag on the return said "If this bag is ripped or opened, no returns or refunds are accepted" so it's a bad way to refuse returns. If returns and refunds aren't accepted, just say so. The biggest size I got was so small that it didn't even fit halfway around me. The fabric is this cheap styled crap lace that tore if you stretched it so the product is extremely bad quality. The cups didn't fit unless you're a A cup or ... if there's a cup smaller. It's meant for short people so if you're average height or taller, this won't work for you. The "bones" in this were so cheap that I think they were made of fabric. It's a bendable plastic that doesn't hold its shape. Extremely low quality for the price. The only good thing, if anything, was that the seams were sewn really well, but that's not something to brag about. Don't bother buying this thing.

I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and needed a strapless bra. I ordered this beautiful undergarment from the picture I saw, but I wasn’t pleased with it at all. I ordered a 42DD because that’s my bra size. The cups was a little big and under the cups it bulged out for some reason. So I ordered another one, a 42D which the cups fit perfectly but that bulge was still there. Unfortunately I had to keep it and wear it under my dress, but thank goodness I had a high waisted girdle that came up far enough to go over the lower part of that strapless bra to kind of hold in the bulge. I don’t recommend this at all.

What I received was not what was pictured. Regardless, I was hoping it would still work for wearing strapless tops, which is the reason I ordered it. I tried it on, and was so disappointed to see that it was too big, not stiff enough to stand up on its own without the straps. I'm very disappointed.

Typically read reviews on products, but this time I didn't, because if I had, it would have saved me some time. But, I was feeling rather desperate in my search for a longline bra that might fit. I'm a 44B in regular bras, but the cups on this thing are HUGE...has be a D cup or larger. Would have been no way to even try falsies or cutlets to try and fill the thing out. Sending back. Too bad. It's hard to find longline bras that have a larger band size. If they only made the cup size correctly, it'd be a best seller, because this is a needed product

Now I have wasted three weeks trying to get this bra to fit ...

I had to purchase this bra three separate times. First, I bought according to the recommendations to go up in the band and down in the cup. It was enormous, so I went down another size in the cup. It was still enormous, so I went down in the band. I have no idea if it fits - if the fit is meant for there to be a half inch gap between the top of my breast and the bra, then I guess it fits. My breasts are not held up at all - I have to physically lift them to even see the underwire - and there is bunching in the cup. All of this for a bra that takes about ten minutes of struggle to put on and makes my breasts look football shaped. And to add insult to injury, the last size I ordered came directly from Her Room. It has a tag attached right in between the cups that says it cannot be returned if this tag is removed or even folded. So this made trying it on an extra stressful situation because it is in the place most likely to get ripped or folded. Now I have wasted three weeks trying to get this bra to fit and have to rush to find a replacement.
