I’ve ordered this brand of copal before and have never had an issue, however, I went to scoop out some of the resin and found pieces of wood and a clump of gray hair in the bag. Disgusting to say the least… find another brand.

Worst incense ever

I use incense regularly and have tried different types. This incense gives a chemical scent that smells like paint thinner and has the same effect as paint thinner, headache and tearing eyes. Additional, it melts into the charcoal and is infused into the charcoal and you cannot remove it from the charcoal to stop the smoke. The package says that it is natural, I have used natural incense before and this does not act as a natural product. It acts and smells as a lab manufactured chemical.

This is the worst incense I have ever come across. I believe it is plastic-fire stater not incense. It burns, melts and gets hard like rubber. It burns out in seconds with fire flame with some black particles coming out of it. I give it -0.

Buyer Beware-Not A Good Incense Resin

Unfortunately, this incense has very little scent, very little if any smoke generation, it almost instantly smothered the charcoal without putting out any scent or smoke and is not a good value for the money. I will be returning this incense. I had high hopes for this incense, but was dissatisfied with the quality.

OK...So I have never had copal [white] resin like this from Indonesia before. I have only used in the past, the darker more amber colored resin....This particular resin has very little to no essence or odor what so ever....I dont know if it is because of the particular species of plant from which it was taken, or just very weak due to the overall health of the plant and how it was propagated......I will only use now, the darker amber strain after this....Disappointed
