What I liked:
This jacket is very cute and the fabric is soft. The grey color is a soft heathered grey. I wear a small and found the jacket to be true to size. I like the length as it hits at mid hip - not too long and not too short. The hem detailing is very nice, gives a little style to the jacket.
What I didn’t like and why I am returning it:
The collar is a stiff and very uncomfortable when the jacket is zipped up.
The zipper is sticky and does not feel like a quality zipper.
Contrary to the website description, the two side pockets are not deep enough to hold keys, phone, etc. securely.
The shiny silver trim at the shoulders look cheap.
The care instructions say line dry only, do not dry in the dryer.
I will return this jacket and search for a more comfortable, easy care option instead.
Note that the brand listed in the website description is Guteer but the garment tag is Cool Run.
