Ruined my wall

I put these up 3 days before Halloween and when I removed them the day after Halloween, the adhesive wouldn’t come off the wall. When I used more pressure, it removed the paint from the wall. The bats are great and the display was exactly as I wanted, but I cannot recommend using them with the adhesive strips in the package... at least not on walls. I did not apply these anywhere else but I personally would not trust it enough to try.

I absolutely loved having these all over my wall they definitely put me in the Halloween spirit and they're really sturdy and keep their shape of having the wings kind of protrude out my only caveat is beware when you were trying to remove them from your wall if you use the adhesive stickies that come with them. In my experience they pulled the paint off my wall (which for me wasn't a huge deal because I need to repaint anyway) or it's very hard to get it all the way off. I don't know if anyone knows a trick of getting them off but you're probably going to need it.

My friend bought these years ago and I loved them, but I never bought them because I was worried about them pulling paint off the wall. While reading reviews on here, I saw that one customer said she used painters tape instead of the adhesives they include. BRILLIANT!! They stick perfectly and now I don’t have to worry about paint coming off and having to touch up paint every year. I highly recommend these. I’m even considering buying another pack... or two 😏

Perfect bats!

These bats are great! Perfect for what I was looking for and very simple to use. I saw in another review that the double sided tape stuck to their wall. On my glossy plaint this has not been a problem at all. I took a few off to move then around and they stuck and pulled off the wall easily with no residue left behind. I did notice they were more difficult to move on my backsplash accent wall, so I quit putting them in there. On the tiny ones I put one tape, and in the middle sized ones I put two. On the largest size I put three. This helped them stay up better.

These are cute and looked great as a Halloween decoration on my wall. I like that you can move the wings so it looks like different bats are flapping their wings at different times. My only suggestion is use the clear command strips. The ones that came with it pulled paint off the wall and was too obvious. The clear command strips aren't noticeable and they come right off.

I was scared to use these outdoors but there were a few good reviews for outdoor use so I decided to try as it is a semi covered porch and WOW it was exactly what I was wanting and more!! We had a very windy night last night and all the bats stayed in place!! I listened to the reviews and placed the adhesive to the shiny side as it said it sticks best (I also prefer the matte side visually so it worked out)! I wanted a cheaper alternative to those nice felt bats for my kids rooms so I decided to snag these. The price is great-you get a good amount of bats for the price. They’re pretty durable, I have not had one tear yet. My only issue came with it’s ability to hang. Some of the bats have stayed put for 3ish weeks, some only lasted a handful of days. It seems to be the larger sizes falling more, and I’ve added quite a few of the adhesive stickers in hopes that it would help. But they still fell. For the price though, I can’t complain. It’s a great item for the short holiday season. Perfect for parties or as small accent pieces.

I love these little bats so much that I had to order them again so I'd have more of them around my home. I saw another review that said they hot glued thumb tacs to the back of them so they looked more in flight so that's what I did and I absolutely love the effect it had on them! I didn't even bother trying to use the adhesive they came with since not even tape hold on my walls. I highly recommend these cuties and definitely recommend the hot gluing as well!

I had seen these bats trending on Pinterest and I thought they would be a perfect, chic, and relatively easy and inexpensive way to decorate. They are so cute and well made. Those only issue I had was with the sticky it came with. It held well for half and then half of them the bats fell over several days. I do live in Florida, so some of that could be humidity since most of the ones that fell were ones outside. Only a few of the ones inside fell. Highly recommend buying and adding to the decor. I have saved mine for next year!!
