I bought 2 hats and both were squished in a box. Other hat was able to be pushed back out but on this one, the brim is bent and will not bend back out normal. I tried to do a replacement where I get a new one shipped and send this one back and when I fill everything out, the continue box will not let me click. Tried to just get a refund and the box won’t let you click it to continue with a refund. I LOVE both hats but this one is defective. Really upset because I really like it :( makes me sad the seller will not make it right.
