Top too large

I ordered a size small (PINK) in this top according to the measurements provided, but this top fits as a Medium to Large and is way to big for me. I contacted the provider and the only option was to return the item for a refund which was to cost $24 Australian Dollars to return ( I Paid that amount for the actual top). There is no option to exchange size even though there chart measurements are one to two sizes bigger than shown on the chart sizes provided on the web sight. I am now stuck with a top I cannot wear as by the time I have returned the top and gotten a refund it would have cost me nearly $50.

As the tops measurements seem to be incorrectly marked larger than what the actual size is meant to be, I should be given an exchange for a smaller size or a refund without me having to fork out more money when it is no fault of my own, the onus should be on the company/provider to make sure their product size is marked correctly.

Packing was terrible. Not secure. Gummy envelope not properly stuck down.
Quite a good fit. The edging on the scoop neck is too wide and puckered and clumsy but at least the 3/4 sleeves really are 3/4 on a small person. The labels that are permanently ironed on at the top of the back are extremely uncomfortable and scratchy with sharp corners. This only became apparent after a few washes so too late now to return it. Very disappointed.

This top was just what I had been looking for and I am very pleased with it so far. When I ordered it, I didn't know what brand it was so I was glad to see it was made for a well-known company. As the top is stretchy (95% cotton/5% spandex), expect a snug fit. I buy UK size 12 clothes (sometimes I can get away with a size 10 top) and the medium size fits nicely. I am 5'5" tall and the top is long enough for me to tuck it in.

Finally found a good quality longer sleeved t-shirt. I’m tired of cheap t-shirts you wash a couple of times and become misshapen and/or stitching coming apart. This is good quality cotton with enough lycra for the price. It is thicker and not sheer at all and appropriate for cooler weather. Will be getting more in other colours. I got the medium and have a 38” bust x 35” waist x 44” hip.

Update wore top twice and already has a rip under right arm. Thank God I didn’t go ahead and order more. Nothing is made with a kind of decent quality. I guess we are supposed to throw things out after a few wears. Can’t trust any company anymore it’s all crap!!!!!
