That fits true to size, I'm 5'1 160 lbs and fits just right. I have some rolls but it's a bit loose so my love handles not as noticeable. Large would've been too big for sure so I'm very happy with medium size. Also I wear 36b bras so it fits nice.

I love quick dry fabric and look for this material. This fits fine as a size large for most sports activity but it runs a little tighter across the chest and at the arm pits than I would prefer for using the weight machines. I would advise you take your breast size into consideration in relationship to the v neckline and decide if you should size up.
