Not at all what I expected!

I was very disappointed in this shirt. I bought 2 different sizes as I was not sure what size would fit. Both shirts fit about the same, except the sleeves were very long in the larger size. The material felt like cheap non-breathable polyester, not the cool dri performance wear I was expecting. One shirt had a stain on the collar. I returned both shirts.

I really like these shirts- I got 2 and will be ordering more. I expected them to fit a little snug based on reviews and they do, but they don't hinder motion or feel uncomfortable. I wouldn't wear them without something over them, though, as they're very form-fitting in the torso- not so much in the arms. I wear them for walking in the mornings but they're great all day under a sweatshirt or fleece. they do ride up a little in the stomach area when I'm walking though. I'm 5'9", 200 lbs, 44 chest and got an XL.

Comfortable, but poor quality

I bought this shirt to go under a Halloween costume to provide comfort and coverage. I am a size 16-18, 5’4”, Apple shape with a large bust, and I ordered a 2X. It was quite fitted in the bust and torso area, but not unflattering.

After wearing this shirt for 2 hours (prior to even washing), the stitching down 1 side had separated leaving a hole in the side of the shirt. (The side construction is just two raw edges of fabric serged together.) Upon closer inspection the other side’s seams also appear to be unraveling. The material under the arms has developed many snags and pills. It has sadly made the shirt unwearable.

Overall, the shirt was extremely comfortable, but lacked durability.

Waist area seems small to me.

The fit is a little unusual in the shirt as the wrist of the shirts are pretty wide and the arms fit great but it's narrow in the middle. I'm an apple shape and need the middle to be at the very least, as wide as the chest and hem. I purchased these to wear under sweaters and shirts during the winter because of the advertised DRI properties. I'm hoping these will solve the problem of sweating when I go into a store from the cold and end up sweating while in the store. Cotton shirts hold onto the moisture so when I go back outside I have a wet shirt on.

Need one size larger

These fit very well but the sleeves are somewhat short. I ordered one size larger than usual, assuming there would be shrinking in the laundry. There was no shrinking, and the body is long enough to tuck in. However, the sleeves on the larger size just came to my wrists, and I have fairly short arms. I found them very comfortable under a golf shirt, and they added the right amount of warmth.
I would definitely buy more of these.

This fit nothing like the picture. It looked like it was a more relaxed shirt but it was definitely not. I have other Hanes shirts in this size and this was so much smaller than those. I kept it to wear under something, but I wouldn’t buy again.

Gets three stars off for quality. I wore it ONE time for 6 hours and both sleeves have come un-sewn and strings just kept hanging off and the sleeve seam completely unraveled. When I went to take it off the seam by my armpit had started unraveling as well creating a hole there. I’m afraid to wash it because I feel like it won’t survive in the slightest! Super disappointed!

I have worn Hanes long sleeve tees during winter for years. This is the 1st I have received that has a very strange fit. I have long arms and the cuff of this shirt comes down to my knuckles - I have to constantly pull the sleeve up, it easily gets dirty and impossible to keep cuffs dry just washing my hands. Won't order again.

I usually wear a 2xl and I should have gotten a size bigger, but then there would be to much room. This shirt is in between sizes. Also it is see through so make sure there is something underneath it. It is not to tight to wear, but it like to rise up. I am hoping the more I wear the better it will fit. I am a 42G and I weight 235.
