I have had a steady 'sit-down' job for about five years and it has affected my back and neck. I recently decided to invest in one of these and this one was suitable for the shallow desk my work station has; some cubicles are deeper.
Things I like about this: Its quiet; its solid and stable; its easy to use; it can stop at any point (not notched catches or anything); It has ample space for two monitors; it has cutouts for wires; the keyboard tray sits all the way down on the desk when its in the down position; it has a lot of shelf space for the keyboard and mouse. My monitors allow room for my laptop too.
What I don't like: it was heavy! I had to have help installing it. The installation was simple, but I just couldn't lift it alone. If you need a station that is portable, its not this one. Other than that, it's terrific!
