    Update: I was able to get a refund on this item. Still wouldn't recommend it, but 8 dont feel so scammed after the refund..

    Buyer beware. Scale worked for two weeks, though you had to tap it 20+ times to turn it on from the start. Things were fine at first, then it added 6 lbs in a day. Redid it a second time, gained 16lbs, 3rd time lost 25. Changed the batteries, still did not work. Two 3lb weights showed up as both 0 and 8lbs. Then amazingly, it started weighing the thin air.

    I've asked for a refund. Their response to me was a guide on how to set it up, which I don't need as I have the one that came with it. Guess I'll be filing a claim through Amazon.

    How this scale got 5 stars is beyond me, and while every online product is a risk, the sellers response to the refund is a slap in the face. Your scale stopped working after 2 weeks, it's junk, not a setup issue.

    Works great. Definitely makes my life easier because I don't have to write down my stats. I wish I had this from the beginning when I was 200 lbs. The progress graph probably would have been crazy. Seems accurate enough. Wipe down the plates with an alcohol wipe before stepping on with damp, clean feet. The app works great. Gives you a good idea of where you are at.
