I like the fact these easels are lightweight and sturdy for its size and it holds up to a 16x20 canvas. I purchased the easels for an adult paint party and used 11 x 14 canvases. Initially I didn't think the easels were going to hold up. But they did. I tried it for a 16 x 20 canvas and it worked vertically and horizontally. I was pleasantly surprised and I will purchase this product again.

I had a painting party and ordered several of these for the occasion. They arrived right on time, too. They were individually wrapped and packed into the same box and super easy to get out and unwrap. Sturdy wood, but be careful of shavings (ended up with a splinter).
We used 12x16 canvases (horizontally) (I wouldn't recommend anything larger than 14" vertically, otherwise the top of the easel will poke into the canvas). They held up pretty nicely! We learned not to apply too much pressure into the canvas otherwise it'll topple over, lol. Overall, I'd highly recommend these if you're looking for something cheap and reliable.

I purchased 9 of these for a painting party at home. We used with medium canvases at the party, but bought larger to allow to use for 10x14, too. I tried out the larger size at home, and it fit fine. We had no issues with the canvases tipping during the party, and they all fold up pretty flat for storage. Overall a good buy.

I loved these easels. They were perfect for our BD paint party. Unlike other easels I looked at these do not have part of the frame poking into the back of your canvas and requires no set up. Just take out of the plastic and you are ready. Not sure if I would use much larger of a canvas though. One person almost knocked theirs over when they had to use a round brush to tap applying paint to canvas. Really think would be an issue with any size canvas, just had to hold canvas with one hand while doing that technique. Regular brush strokes were no issue. We just followed a youtube beginners tutorial for acrylic painting and had a blast.

I guess I can't really complain for the price but I had 3 problems with these:
My biggest problem was that my canvas was longer (Vertically) than the easel and the top back wood kept poking at the canvas that it was resting on. My canvas was 11x14. I dont think I would have had the problem if my canvas was smaller (and/or if I had my canvas horizontally). This was my biggest problem so I would recommend if you are planning to use smaller canvases.
Other 2 issues were splinters- Very raw wood that needs to be sanded down. I used this with my 5 and 7 kids so I didnt let them touch it. This wouldnt deter me because it is very affordable. Nothing a piece of tape wouldnt solve. The other problem was that it was very lightweight. It knocked over couple of times but I think its because my kids were younger.

I still think its a great deal but for my situation (using it with 2 younger kids, using bigger canvases), I would consider buying something else. Otherwise, it would be a great deal for like a paint night type of event.
