I am 5ft tall 103lb and got the xs-s and was pleasantly surprised that both the top and bottom fit perfectly. The leggings go right to my ankles and don’t even bunch up! I got these more to lounge around the house so cannot say how well they hold up during a work out. The waist does tend to roll down, probably due to the thickness of the material. Overall I am very happy with them!
