Product Usage
The pillow case that you removed from the box, whether by hand or dryer, place the pillowcase with the foams which is inside and let it run at low speed to swell memory foam. Keep excess foams in the foam bag that comes out of the box.

Product Cleaning
With a special woven bamboo pillow case, the pillow lining opens easily from its sturdy zippers. It is then washed easily in the washing machine. In the preparation for washing, the memory foams in the pillow case should be placed in the foam bag.
After the cushion lining has dried, the desired amount of foams is placed in the lining and the zipper is closed and the zipper is pulled by passing it to pillowcase.

when this comes you need to throw it in the dryer or spend ages plumping it up, because it comes packaged really tight.

the inside of the pillow seems to match what the pictures show although the pieces are not all uniform & it didn't come with any funny smells which is a big plus. you never really know what chemicals are used to make the foam so that's the main thought i had, the pillow case is alright its a microfiber like material.

i'm going to remove some of the material because the pillow is a little too high for me, I guess thats one of the advantages of a shredded memory. although in my opinion the all share more in common with regular soft pillows than full proper memory foam.

some of the "magic" qualities that memory foam is known for is actually lost when you buy a shredded foam pillow, loose pieces of foam cant really mould around you nearly aswell as a solid piece, so what your left with is a soft pillow that is kind of malleable. The pillow i bought works fine and is comfortable if i was buying another its something I'd consider though.

Ok, I was not expecting to be this blown away by a pillow! But the KEFF pillow is now my magic pillow, because I had a truly good night's deep sleep for the first time in several months. I have had lingering neck pain and stiffness for about 2 years from an old training injury, I am a gym owner and I have trained almost every day for over 30 years so there's always some aches and pains. Sometimes the pain and discomfort would be so distracting that I would have a lot of trouble falling asleep, and if I moved during the night, it would wake me up. Several times. I have tried several types of pillows, I literally have a pile of pillows that I have gone through desperately searching for one that allows my neck to rest in a perfect neutral position so I can sleep and the injury can finally heal. I even tried to sleep in one of those inflatable cervical collars, like a dog in the Cone of Shame, those were some desperate times. I had been using a memory foam cervical pillow (the one that looks like half a peanut from the side) for the past year, combined with a very soft neck roll that I would kind of fold like a noodle until I got the right combination of loft and support under my head and neck. I couldn't use a thick pillow because that would cause too much flexion in the cervical spine (pushing your chin towards your chest with the head bent forward) and that made it worse. But a very flat pillow didn't offer enough cushion for my head, and I would actually feel the back of my head getting slightly achy from being on something with too little cushion or support. I also have allergies but refuse to stop sleeping with my dog (I know, issues!) so if I lie too flat, my sinuses get really congested - also not conducive to a good night's sleep. I tried wedges but they were always a bit too high, or too hard, or too something.

And then the magic happened. On a whim, I bought this pillow, along with a dust mite cover (for my allergies, allergic to those buggers too) and got Amazon's amazing same day delivery. Package arrived a little before 9pm, and I spent at least 15-20 minutes punching and beating the crap out of it from all angles to quickly fluff it up, because I was hell bent on using it that night. Which was actually fun as I am a boxer/martial artist so it was like a bizarre one-person pillow fight, or a crazy person attacking a pillow! Then it was REALLY poofy, and I had to remove some stuffing. The little bag they give you for extra stuffing wasn't big enough, I filled it to the max and the pillow was still too big for my needs. So I transferred it to a mesh laundry bag, and now there was stuffing everywhere and I was slightly annoyed that I had to sweep and vacuum but I got over it. Finally got the pillow just right, dust mite cover on, pillowcase on, and pillow on the bed. Oh. My. God. Instant heaven, my head and neck felt perfectly aligned and supported, and totally pain free. Because the stuffing is in very small pieces, you can literally "sculpt" your perfect pillow shape by pushing it to exactly where you need it. Mine turned out to be a very gradual wedge so I could breathe easily without the sinusitis kicking in, and a little mound of support under my cervical spine or back of the neck, and a nice amount of cushion to cradle my head without pushing my chin towards my chest. Just perfect! If you move a lot while sleeping, you might have to make a slight readjustment, but seriously, this pillow knocked me out cold and I barely needed to move...I normally flop around like a freshly caught fish trying to get comfortable. The ability to custom tailor this pillow was what sold me, you can add or remove filling if your needs change. I had initially been looking at the popular brand always seen on tv which is also more than twice the cost, but you have to choose your loft or thickness and then you're stuck with it. My husband has one of those and it's too poofy for me, though I was going to get the flattest one. The KEFF pillow also has smaller pieces of foam, and they're softer than the tv brand, which has bigger chunks that you can feel through the pillow. The KEFF foam is slightly heavier than the tv brand, but I actually prefer it as the tv brand has a slight styrofoam-like feel to is because it's so light. The KEFF pillow just feels like a cloud that was custom made for you. Because it kind of is! The outer cover is so plush and silky soft and can be easily removed for washing. Ok, enough of me rambling on about this pillow but that's what happens when you sleep well, you feel so energetic! Just get one! I even bought a second one for backup, just in case they ever stop making them.

You could actually customize this pillow the way want it. It comes with a cotton bag to fill. You could open inside the pillow and use less memory foam or more depending on your comfort. I tried many other pillows in the past and finally find my pillow! I love it, no more waking up with a stiff neck.
