Still using it a year later. Bought it to keep my daughter warm during indoor swimming lessons during the winter. Its not made for that. Actually having the wet sleeves on her arms made her colder. Now using it at the beach for which it was designed worked great! I did order a larger size as I worried about it being too tight and limited use. I'm glad I did. It was a little on the small side but ordering up proved beneficial as a year later my daughter can still wear it. Washes well too.

Happy but don't get the white one!

Great brand and works but we got the white for the girls which at first looked adorable & bright. Then the sand eventually dulled the white and stained it so now a brand new white rash guard looks dingy & old. The blue one we got for the son looked bright & new the entire time at the beach unlike the girl's white rash guard.

The product itself seems to be decent quality. I guess you don't really know until it's been worn in the sun and water for several times. We just got it, so I don't know for sure on the quality. I bought this for my little girl, age 9. She is very tall and thin, but looks more like a tween because she has the vollyball player build. I got this is size 14/16 and it was way too tight all around. I just ordered her a womans small, which i think should fit (she wears my woman's small shirts) but I would have ordered myself a medium in this. To me, this product runs 1 size too small, unless you want to wear it like a scuba suit.

My little girl currently is wearing a 2t in clothes- and has a little wiggle room in them. The 2t in this swim shirt would have been to snug on her, and it would have been a battle putting it over her head when taking on or off. The arm length will be too long, but that was expected as I read other reviews of this shirt. The quality of the shirt seems great, and when looking around for another option to compare, I did not see anything around this price point. I also bought a adult woman's shirt to match my little girls.

This rash guard is great for my daughter, it fits well and protects her from the sun like it is supposed to. The only downfall of this product is that it bleeds color every time! We have used it at the beach and at the pool multiple times, I have even put it in a delicate cycle all by itself and still it continues to disperse color after every use. Beware after you take it off wet not to put it with any other materials or items of clothing.
