The brand symbol is going to fall off after one swim so go ahead and pull it off early so it can sun bleach equally with the rest of the shirt lol This company needs to quit wasting money on this junky decal. These shirts hold up WAY better than the box store options. I come back to this brand every summer because they hold up to frequent chlorine and sun. They don’t stretch out quickly (but do end up a bit stretched by the end of summer). The price is great too, IMO.

Moved to Hawaii and bought these in anticipation of the many, many beach days. They've held up wonderfully so far. I got the purple and pink for my 5 and 2 year old. I didn't have any problems with the color bleeding or sewing flaws. I machine wash them in cold and hang dry. I do apply sunscreen before putting the shirt on so I can't attest to the SPF protection but the shirt is great back up for my fair skinned girls.
We did forget to re-apply one day and after almost 2 hours at the beach (mostly in the water) everywhere the shirts covered was burn free- they had slight redness on face and hands, though
Overall very happy with the purchase and we are considering buying a second set.

Great sun protection. Color didn’t bleed. It is not sheer. Washes well. Fit is not too tight. Does not over stretch. Only down side is the white stick on detailing came off very fast and I didn’t put it in the dryer. Cold water wash and hang dry. But I actually like it better without logo.

These are great, affordable rash guards. However, sizing is inconsistent. I got a 3t in both boys and girls. The girls 3t is quite a bit large than the boys. It could easily be a 4t. I added pictures, with the bottom hem and body lined up, the neck opening is larger on the girls 3t than boys 3t. The arms are also longer by more than an inch and the seam area from armpit up to the neck is easily an inch longer.

Sleeves roll up easily and this isn't a deal breaker, just be aware that the girls seem to run large.

Very Nice Rash Guard

Really like this Rash Guard. Looks Great on my daughter - now 4. The splash of pink against the white is very pretty without being blah, or "busy". The only thing I didn't like about it was that the arms were pretty long and skinny. I'd say that this item is "slim fit". Some of the other rash guards for kids I see out there are much more loose fitting, sort of "square" shaped like a standard tshirt. This one is more contoured to the shape of the body). Its just enough loose without being clingy which makes it very flattering. I got a 4T. It fit my daughter well but she is on the skinny to normal range for her age. This would not have fit she at all or well if she were a more chubby 3/4 year old. If you have a chubby kid, one of the more loose fitting type rash guards might be a better choice, or perhaps buy a size up. If my daughter stays slim she might grow into the long arms (length-wise) and be able to wear this for several more months. It does the job re sun protection of the upper body.

Got this for my daughter who is a size 10. Bought size 10 but find it's a touch small. Would recommend you size up if you're buying these. Fabric is quite thin but that is great for hot weather. Just want to note that the color is bright orange and the label calls it "Neon Orange" vs. the more peachy orange that it looks here. My daughter was a little disappointed by that, but overall, it's orange so it works.

Still using it a year later. Bought it to keep my daughter warm during indoor swimming lessons during the winter. Its not made for that. Actually having the wet sleeves on her arms made her colder. Now using it at the beach for which it was designed worked great! I did order a larger size as I worried about it being too tight and limited use. I'm glad I did. It was a little on the small side but ordering up proved beneficial as a year later my daughter can still wear it. Washes well too.
