I bought these believing they would be the same as a previous purchase. They were slightly different in little ways. They didn’t fit the same, had more Velcro and the biggest thing was they didn’t have the cell phone pocket.I chose a different colour from the same page that I purchased my first pair, expecting the exact same shorts as my first pair. Sent back and reordered from another page.
The fabric is either cheap or so old that is tears easily. I have only worn these shorts maybe 8-10 times in 6 months and they are already in the trash. A small hole tore under normal use that I was able to sew. These tore pretty bad last night after just going up the stairs. They were not tight on me. They fit loose and comfortable yet tore horribly at the seam.
2 stars because they are nice comfortable shorts but low quality material and poorly made.
Not that these were expensive but if they were half the price I paid, I’d accept the low quality.
I typically wear a 34 in every other pair of pants I own but sized up (36) as any time I've had Lee branded anything it's small. Even sized up these are too tight so maybe I just got an off pair but you'll most likely want to size up at least one.
I wear 38 waist in all my clothes including these. I ordered a size larger so the shorts would accommodate an inside the waistband conceal carry. These would not even button without the ccw. So I ordered 42 waist and these too are a bit snug. NO I have no5 gained weight,
They must have been redesigned to omit the media pocket. Ive bought them before and they did. I went back to the 'buy again' page in Amazon to make sure I got the same ones. I guess that isn't reliable. If you don't care about the media pocket, they might be fine, but that's the primary reason I bought them. Returning.
We have bought these shorts for our son for 5 years now. This "new" version of the shorts runs small. I suggest you buy the next size up. Our son has worn a 34 in previous shorts but purchased his regular size this time and they fit much more snuggly in both the waist and legs. Sadly, I have to go thru the hassle of returning them.
