Got these as a gift and loved them. Wore them about once a week since November 2020 until January 2022 when they started to fall apart. They started pilling shortly after wearing them and now have pilled so much that they came out of the wash with a big hole. I wish these were a different fabric that didn’t pill.. other pants bought at the same time worn just as frequently are still fine.
TLDR: If you don’t want pilling and having to buy a new pair every year, these aren’t for you.
The Charcoal Heather, specifically, is one of the ones with a really soft texture. They look great and are nice and roomy for 12P, while also having a nice looking fit for feeling so roomy and relaxed. These are my new favorite pants. I plan on buying more before they disappear into fashion's past. I wish Boulder Grey Rinse had been available for Prime Wardrobe try on. I bought them separately, thinking they would be the same as the Charcoal Heather, texture wise, but they are not. They are not soft and feel more so hard and starchy. I kept them, though, because I really love the color, but I'm sure they will receive a lot less wear than the other pair. It certainly would be nice if they just made every pair of pants seen here out of the same amazing blend as the Charcoal Heather. It seems misleading having each pair made of different materials. Especially when the fit and appearance are exactly the same.
I was hesitant to order pants online but I couldn’t find my size in any store. I ordered my usual size, short length, and they fit perfectly. I suspect this is because Lee is such a big brand that their sizing is pretty consistent whether it’s in store or online, but I’m very pleased. Clearly good quality fabric and well made and they actually look cute too.
Finally, grown up pants! These are great, good material fit like adult clothes, not stretchy or ripped. These are perfect, a heavier material. Just what I've been looking for. Every pair of pants I've tried lately are stretchy and not ideal if you're not 5'10 and weigh 80 pounds.
