Been ordering Lee's jeans on a regular basis - usually in ther colours but this one was on sale so decided to give it a try.. For some reason this pair came in a wet/humid package. It still looked okay so I thought I could wash the moldy odour out of it, but after like 8 washes I've officially given up. Should have returned them. Can't wear these unless I'm painting or gardening or something. Disappointed.

I wear an 8 in most pants, a six in others. I have a pair of Lee relaxed fit straight leg jeans that I bought last fall. If anything, the pair that I have is slightly big and too relaxed. This pair, in the exact same size , 8L was too short (no way is this a 33” length) and I could barely button them. What’s more, I would characterize the rise as too low, about 2” below navel, perfect spot for muffin top enhancement. If there is spandex in this Jean, it’s not apparent to me. Awful.

I'm done with Lee jeans. I tried again to order my usual size but for some reason these are not only too short waisted but too tight around my belly. Keep in mind I have 5 pairs of these exact jeans in this size that I ordered previously and I have lost weight since I ordered them. This is what happens I guess when a company tried to re-work and "improve" an already good product. I will be searching for a different company now.

I ordered 2 of the mid rise at 16 long and thought I might like the hi rise better so ordered 2 pair. Well I ordered 16 long and the hi rise one pair was 1 1/2 inches shorter (was too short) than the other and I measured the hi rise to the mid rise and there was 1/4 inch different. They fit no higher than the mid rise.
