Online ordering, especially of clothing, can be tricky. I hoped these were the same as a pair I’d bought locally, and they are! The fit is just right; they’re comfortable and have just enough stretch to make for easy all-day wear.
I got these for work pants thinking they were a khaki color. I guess the color on my iPhone is a little off. Not really their fault. However, these pants are ugly. The cut is ugly. They are not flattering at all and they make me feel like an old woman. I’m only 30! They are so very ugly. The ankles are wide, and they feel like bellbottoms. I know it’s a straight leg but I feel like they flare out. So very very very ugly. It’s way too short to. So not only are they bellbottoms, but they’re also capris when I sit down. Gross. They’re not flattering on my butt, and I have a very nice butt. I can’t return them because it has been three days past my 30 days! So I’m stuck with these god awful pants. Probably going to donate them but I don’t know. I wouldn’t wish these pants on my worst enemy let alone some nice person looking for pants at a thrift store. by the way, I got the palisades color and it’s not exactly khaki color.
I have two pair of LEE jeans that are the perfect combination of fit, comfort, and flattery for me. I keep hoping to expand into different colors, but same fit and fabrication, but alas, the model body used for a Classic Fit size 12 seems to have changed over time. Even though these "Monroe" jeans say they have a relaxed fit, they were much too snug around the hips and abdomen, and then somewhat baggy through the thighs and legs. Does anyone have any of the older style "Sophie", or know where to get them??
