The fit in the leg and waist

Finally found dress pants that fit in length and nicely in the waist. Could have gone a size smaller, but didn't want to take the chance of the waist being too tight. These are a little large in the rear end, but I can live with it. So much so, I ordered 4 more, with different colours.

I had expected a similar pant to the ones I had previously ordered. Cotton with a bit of synthetic. No such luck. I could not wear this 3-synthetic blend all day-it would be like being wrapped in plastic. I noticed that all the cotton choices are out of stock.

FIT: I ordered a sz.16 (relaxed fit), in black not knowing how these might fit. So when I got them I immediately put them on, and they fit perfect. After wearing them for a few hours, the stretch part became apparent. They were a bit looser than I wanted but not by a whole lot.
So GOOD NEWS, I just ordered a sz.14 in black. I know these will loosen up and be just a bit tighter-not by much though. Which is perfect. and the price- OMG! how great!

REALLY GOOD QUALITY-they're LEE pants for women-excellent as usual!
ALSO these are straight leg, not the painted on skin tight that is SO popular.
ALSO- please note-- skinny leg pants are not "IN", or in Vogue, in most of Europe, as it once was.
As of December 2021, bell bottom pants are making a come back (ugh) in Europe,
also the straight legs AND boot cut legs.
I'd give these 10 stars if I could.
(You might have to hem these but that's easy to come by!) Your sewing machine, your mom, the cleaners-they all do hems! (SMILE!!)
ADDENDUM:
I've washed these black pants inside out so as to avoid the lint problem that so many women have no idea what to do with. I don't have a lint problem because of this. I also bought some anti-cling anti-static spray. This helps keep any static cling issues. One way to deal with pilling is to (yes-) turn them inside out before washing, AND you can buy a fabric shaver. I have shaved pilly sweaters as I watch the evening news on TV. Turning these pants inside out also helps with preserving the black color- staying longer and hopefully this will shut down all the whining....washing and drying with other garments that are dark colors helps. Washing and drying with other things like white towels or white anything will help----some common sense applies!

Rise is weird, not mid-rise but not high, otherwise very comfortable

The only thing about these pants that kept me from giving a five star rating is that they aren’t true mid-rise, at least not any of the mid-rise I own, as they come slightly above the belly button. I’m 5’4, 190lbs, with muscular thick thighs and (sadly) a fluffy tummy. I have to pull these up to try and prevent the muffin top but they’re not as comfy there. Pull them down to where they’re comfortable and they literally wedge INTO my belly button. I pulled back up and sat for a while as if I were at work. To my surprise the waist was comfortable. I can tell these will stretch and become more comfortable throughout the workday. I’m a paralegal (relevant to review b/c of the hours spent researching and examining docs) and have a sit/stand desk. The last thing I need is tight cut you in ½ when sitting but constant pulling up when standing. I am confident these will NOT be that way. Other than the rise and tight top waist (where pants button) I’m in love with the overall fit the legs are comfortable and I generally can’t stand straight leg - these are perfect and as I said I have thick thighs. The material is soft and flexible. I’ll keep a lint roller with me for sure :). Give these a try!!

These pants fit fairly well but the fabric is a nightmare. They pick up every tiny piece of lint in sight. They are a lint magnet. They come out of the wash needing a lint roller. Within a short time of wearing them they are covered in lint again. I bought these to wear to work but I never feel like I look professional due to the lint problem. I wish I could send them back.

Broken and stained!

These pants fit as expected, but the belt loop broke when I pulled them up for the first time! I pulled them up as I would with any pants, nothing more aggressive than normal. And they weren’t too tight, just pulled them up and the belt loop broke immediately. There was also some kind of food stuck to the crotch area after taking them out of the packaging. I don’t understand how this could happen, all the tags and stickers were on like they had never been worn, but there was food stuck to it when I opened it. I’m not sure if these were partially cleaned and re-sold by the seller, because there were also some pieces of fabric stuck under the sizing sticker. I am not impressed. I ordered two sizes as I’m between them, I will be returning the size that broke, and keeping the size that fit me better because I am in dire need of pants, but I really wouldn’t recommend these.

I’m sorry but this is definitely not what I expected. I work in an office and attire is business casual. This is not fit for that at all. Besides the material, it’s definitely not flattering it has no shape I know it’s straight but it’s horrible. I’m 6m pp and this doesn’t help with body image either.

I purchased these thinking they were a different style that I had originally bought in a store. But I am pleased with them. I use them for work in a bakery. The material isn’t too heavy, it is breathable, but is sturdy so I feel protected from the heat of the ovens. I love that these pants have real pockets since most women’s pants have tiny pouches they call pockets. The downside is that the back pockets are lined with white material and through the day it bunches up and out so your walking around with two white things sticking out your butt. I wish they were a black material so it wouldn’t be as noticeable. It is nice that all four pockets are deep enough to carry things though.

Good pair of pants if you are needing just a black pair. Stretch and good solid material. I wanted a pair of dress slacks. This did not fit the bill. My size is 16, they fit more of a 18.
