Nice candles. They look good. They smell good. they smell like what they say they should smell like. They come in a nice box for gifting or presentation. They burn for a long time. They burn cleanly. This is a good set of candles to buy.

When my girlfriend asked me to buy her some scented candles, I had no idea what to buy. These kinds of things need to be tested in person, but I didn't want to chance going to a bunch of different stores, so I went on here instead. Even on here, it's hard to know what to choose. However, the decision was made for me much easier when I saw the thumbnail of this set. When I went to the produt page, and saw all the different cool-sounding scents, plus the cheap price - it became an easy buy. Being a guy, I don't have much to say except that my favorite scent is the lemon whatever & mandarin, because I like light, citrus scents, while she loves vanilla honey, which is very sweet-smelling (not my thing >_<). The box makes it excellent for lazy guys like me. Just buy it and gift it - simple and easy peasy. Awesome!

Cute Candles/Very Strong Artificial Scents

These candles are attractive, simple, and I like the size and the (mostly) soy wax. The product page says it's 100% natural soy wax, but the product itself states 93%. The packaging is cute but a bit cheap (the thin cardboard corners are a little crushed; some of the labels are really crooked) and each candle is securely placed in foam. The price is decent for a set of 6 candles, and the burning time is long.

The candles have very strong scents from mostly artificial perfume oils rather than 100% natural aromatherapy as stated on the product page (the price would be much higher if this was true). This is not genuine aromatherapy; they smell like strong, cheap perfume (I work with essential oils often). However, since I got this as a last-minute gift for someone, it doesn't bother me too much. The powerful scents can cause headaches, so if you are sensitive or have migraines/chronic headaches, please be aware. Burning for a shorter time helps to prevent the scent from becoming too overwhelming. The product page recommends 2 hours of burning and the product box recommends 3-4 at most. There are some info discrepancies. But overall, this is a decent product and gift set for the price.

Wonderful Scented Candles!

I was kind of skeptical trying other candles rather than my usual brand but to my surprise, these candles are great!

First, the packaging was spectacular. The cardboard wasn't the cheap flimsy ones and each candle is packaged nice and snug inside foam packaging. Right as you open the package, you can smell the aroma of the candles. These were some very extravagant smells rather than the fruity type I've always used. Each flavor is different and smells wonderful. I especially love the vanilla. It's not too overpowering but gives a good strong hint of vanilla in the air. I just light up the candle in the kitchen area and soon the smell travels into the rooms.

Overall, 5 stars for the good packaging, the quality and they burn long also. Just remember to peel off the wax sticker off the top before you start to burn (in the picture).

I love this candle set. I actually bought it for a friend for her birthday, but ended up keeping the set for myself. It is a set of 6 soy candles, all fragranced with my favorite essential oils. The scents that are included are vanilla honey, strawberries & cream, twilight lavender, crypto menthe, lemon verbena & mandarin and mediterranean fig. The candles burn very clean and don't smoke at all since they are completed soy based. I love how all the candles throw their scents into all of the rooms in our house, regardless of what room it is lit in. Each candle can burn for up to 25 hours with no issues. Best of all, the gorgeous frosted glass jars that the candles are in can be recycled and repurposed. I plan to make my own candles with these jars once the candles are finished burning. This candle set also comes beautifully packaged in a gift box and red bow. If you are looking for a candle set to give as a gift or to keep, you will not be disappointed if you purchased this. LOVE!
