To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
the product appears to be well made, but The 29 waist is way to small for our son, who currently wears several other 29 waisted shorts from other brands. So we returned the pair, negotiated the maze of finding the correct page, pushing the correct links, typing what happened, printing out a label and driving to UPS, and ordering the next size up. The style and color description on the reorder page next to "buy now" showed the same color pants (and the image reproduced here shows the correct pair), but what we jjust got was a dark dark olive colored pair. And the price charged for the replacment was about $6.00 more than the original pair (for the extra inch of material?) which was automatically deducted from our card. Sitting here wondering what to do this time around. Try to return again and explain what happened? Or just keep them and type this review, and hope somebody notices.
