I am pretty much standard across the board in most of these types of jackets - I always purchase a MEDIUM and they all fit just a tad roomy. This medium is pretty snug. Still fits but not as loose as I prefer - no ability to layer. The thumb holes are also wonky - if I use the thumbhole the sleeve twists oddly. Not a deal breaker, just odd. The blue is a lovely color though
Runs very small. I normally wear a large and got a 1X and its still tight. It's a little shorter than I would like, but its slimming and a pretty color. I got the teal color. Sort of a dupe for lululemon, but WAY cheaper! Its flattering, and great for getting to the gym and back. I have to take it off mid-workout because I get hot, but once it's warm enough outside to go running I'll wear it for that. Read the size chart and you will get the right size.
After reading all the reviews saying how tight this jacket is, I decided to size up. Turns out all these people were right as I'm usually a small but the medium fit pretty well. My only gripe is that the model they used must've had really long arms and neck. I would consider myself on the thinner/petite side and sometimes find that "regular" pants are too long on me, but I've never had this problem in the shirt department before buying this jacket. The sleeves go down to my knuckles and the collar gets a weird bump in it if I zip it all the way up. These aren't super big issues to me as I never zip my jackets all the way up and it's nice to have sleeves to cover my hands in the winter, but beware of this if it's a big deal to you.
Other than that, the material was surprisingly nice for a $35 jacket and the torso is really flattering. It hugs all the right curves and the seams create interesting lines so it's a little more interesting than a plain jacket. Pretty good dupe for the Lululemon one if you're going just on looks and not quality.
I ordered up a size as other reviewers suggested and it is nice and fitted through the body but isn’t as long as I was hoping- ends at the hip. The sleeves flare out around the wrists and when it’s zipped all the way, the chest bubbles out above the boobs. Don’t hate it enough to send back but I’ll probably be wearing it unzipped with the wrists folded up.
This jacket is well made and fashionable. It's perfect for early morning walks or runs. My only complaint is that it runs small. I am usually an XL so I gt a 1X in this ( AKA one size up). It's still really tight. Like, I can barely zip it. I am keeping it because I can zip it and I have been losing weight and hope to continue. I advise everyone to order by the measurements provided and not by what your usual size is. If you do that I think you will be happy with it.
I love the style of this, it looks the same as the more luxury athletic brand jackets that cost over $100. However I am surprised how small this is. I ordered a small, and it definitely fits, but I am surprised how tight it is. I think I could have gone up to a medium. I am 5’4 117lb. I am often times an XS so I was surprised that the small was tight, especially in the stomach and chest area.
I am very pleased with this jacket. It seems near impossible to find a simple plain navy blue Active wear jacket in the store. I ordered a few from Amazon, from different Companies. This one has a quality zipper, the cute logo design on the back and it fishtails which makes it unique from the others. The sleeves are a bit too long for me, but that’s not a deal breaker. I sized up 1 to an XL. My normal size would have been a mistake. It is form fitting in XL. This is a keeper and now I feel confident in ordering additional colors😁.
Really cute jacket! I'm usually a small but I got a medium and it fits me like a small and it's very slim fit. It's definitely not Lululemon. The material feels a little more slick. The cuffs are a little loose and some of the seems on the front are starting to fray. The neck part is way too small and I can't zip it up all the way, it kind of chokes me if I put it up all the way. Overall though it's cute. I got it for work since I work at a gym. I'll most likely invest in a Lulu jacket next time.
If you’re on the cusp of 2 sizes, size down not up. Maybe the girls saying size up have a straighter figure than I do so it’s ok for a bit of extra fabric to hang for comfort. On me, the extra fabric just bunched up around my curves and made little pockets above them. Nice cut was totally wasted. I also don’t care for the fabric. I was looking for something thicker and softer.
I purchased this jacket in the maroon color. I love the color. The jacket has so many details that make it unique. There are plenty of pockets to hold your phone and keys while you work out. It said to order up because it ran big, so I bought a medium. I NEVER wear a medium, but followed what it said. I wish I ordered my true size, because it was much too loose on me. I will order again in another color, but will order my normal size next time.
