As per reviews from other Amazon customers I sized up which was the right thing to do. The sleeves are too long. I made an elastic bracelet and fitted it around the cuff of the sleeve after turning it up at the end so that it fits snug to the wrist and stiched the elastic in.
The jacket is very well made and stylish. The material is very good quality. For me it was still worth the money despite having to make a small alteration.

I have no clue what is going on with the sizing charts for these yoga jackets. It’s not only this seller but these jackets run entirely too small..
I am a size 10/12 & 170 pounds I got the double X and it fit me just like a glove way too tight.

This jacket is well made and fashionable. It's perfect for early morning walks or runs. My only complaint is that it runs small. I am usually an XL so I gt a 1X in this ( AKA one size up). It's still really tight. Like, I can barely zip it. I am keeping it because I can zip it and I have been losing weight and hope to continue. I advise everyone to order by the measurements provided and not by what your usual size is. If you do that I think you will be happy with it.

I liked the sturdy zipper and the overall construction of this jacket. BUT the wrist area was way too big and the built in flap of material at the wrist was not useful. The thumb hole is TOO small . Still wondering why they made this jacket with a fold of material on the wristband. Weird. Saggy forearm construction not a fan.
