How to use different functions
One knob handle operation. Stand mixer, or meat grinder, or blender. If you want to use the mixer function, After you change to the right mixer head and your ingredients, please choose a proper speed from 1-6. When the mixer is working, you can stop it at anytime with the pulse setting. If you want to use the meat grinder, install meat grinder set to the mixer. We suggest you set the speed knob to 3 to use meat grinder. If you want to use the blender, put the blender on the mixer. After put all of your ingredients into the cup, set the knob to speed 6 to start work.
