To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Tried to use on blocked toilet- useless! Splashes user with poopy water - more a water displaced than a compressible plunger. It retains poopy water- has a lip on the internal/underside- you need to tip the plunger 45degrees (numerous times) to get the water to come out of the middle of the plunger. That’s just gross. Tested flex on floor using entire body weight- the top depressed about 1mm at most. . Also - toilet brush is too tight in the holder. Need to hold onto or put foot onto the lightweight base to remove brush. Not ideal. Not worth the money
This is so perfectly round and so damned hard that I can't see this even working on newer, smaller mouths toilets.
But it definitely was far too small and stiff to work on our older loo with a larger mouth before the S bend. I couldn't even squish it in to get just before the bend in order to form a seal there. It was just too hard and stiff and generally rock like.
I was sent a set which I suspect has been used before, as the brush has strands of hair on it. This is very unhygienic and products like this should have a no-return policy once used. I sent it back immediately for a refund upon opening the package. Apparently I search the reviews and another user also encountered the same issue.
I would not call this a plunger 🪠 this is more like a hard rock model of a plunger I’m a very strong guy and can’t use it, imagine a child or someone weak trying to use this nonsense? Already put it in the bin and bought a basic one from a corner shop
While the plunger worked, it's design is quite poor- there are no drain holes or way for the dirty toilet bowl water to drain out of the plunger once it is used. Best cast scenario, you have a plunger full of "clean" toilet bowl water sitting until the next time you use it- cesspool. Worst case scenario, you have a plunger full of fecal water sitting in the plunger until the next time you use it. Either way-- yuck.
