They bleed outside the lines really bad and the tips are really stiff. They basically suck. Theres no 'blending' colors and you CAN'T return them because they have flammable liquid in them (alcohol). My bad for not knowing Amazon's policy on that. I'm stuck with them and as a former teacher, I would never give a child permanent markers as some other reviews stated they did. I'm disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I don’t often write reviews but these markers made the cut. Both me and my homeschooling daughter loved them. We like the dual tips and the fact that each color is clearly readable on the cap. Nice variety of shades in a sturdy box which will not break under the hands of kids like other brands do (if you’re a parent you know what I am talking about). Would definitely recommend them

Bought these markers for my 8 yr as part of his new desk setup! This pack has a perfect selection of colors and are vibrant when used. The dual tip add as a nice addition to having just regular markers.

This 48 Color Dual Tip Marker Pens came in a sturdy, black box. Each end of the marker is labeled with a number and name of the color. The barrels of the markers are not round, but triangular in shape so they will not roll off of the drawing surface. They seem to be of thick plastic and are definitely a cut above the average markers found in a department store.
The top of the box is printed with the colors, numbers, and labels to serve as a reference when planning a project.
The color is nice and thick. Alcohol markers are formulated to dry quickly and permanently so they do not smear easily and can be layered if desired. I expected to see bleeding with these markers, and there was a tiny bit, but even when I held one of the tips in one place for a few seconds the bleeding was minimal, if any.
These are medium quality markers fit for professional artist use.

Speaking about the pens themselves ... I love the forgiveness of alcohol based markers. They blend really well. There are a variety of colors ... they mix and match with other brands well too. These perform near what I expect "no name" brand alcohol markers.
The cons would be: I didn't get either of the sets that were shown. In the listing pictures the first picture shows a combo of pens and in picture, 4? it shows a different set. I got colors in my box that are not shown in either picture and didn't get colors I thought I was getting. I specifically chose this brand because I wanted to round out other alcohol markers I had. So basically ... I did not get what was shown and that is not good business.
A second con is that the writing on the caps, or the color identifier that is printed on the caps is of poor quality. Many of mine are fading or wearing off and came this way. This won't be great after using them and then I won't have any idea what color they are.
Third con ... these actually have a little more spread then any other alcohol marker I have used. Which means you have to be careful to just get close to the line but not too close or you will soon look like you are coloring outside the lines.
I personally use them for pictures printed on cardstock at home to make anniversary cards and such.
So compared to other alcohol markers I own and have used, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend these. They are nice if you just want to get your grandkids a set of nice, cheap, alcohol markers ... but if you yourself want a nice set, these aren't as good as others out there for the same price.
