It is honestly so comfortable it's actually ridiculous, Very nice, Solid stature, Good material and a very easy Installation, My last chair which i bought six months back was some crappy Bathurst racing chair from office works for $170. The comparisons between the two are so wide that I literally threw my bathurst chair out. Very happy with my purchase and will DEFINITLEY be buying more from Artiss should the need arise.

There is a $200 version of this chair which is slightly better for comfort, has an inbuilt footrest and a heating function but it does not have the adjustable arms.

poor quality uncomfortable chair

The polyurethane coating to make it look like leather began flaking off after 15 months of use, making a mess on the carpet. The disks embedded in the chair to provide the massage vibration make it uncomfortable to sit on. Lumbar support is very poor. The massage function failed after 1 year so it was all or nothing. I dumped the chair after 21 months. Nothing good to say about it.

I am about 20kg under the weight capacity of the chair, and leaned ever so slightly back, which is apparently enough to pull apart plastic. Only owned it for about 4-5 months. Not the kind of quality I expect from a $150 product.
EDIT SEP 2020: They replaced the arm for me (it took a month to arrive), and now 5 months later the other arm has snapped. Still under the weight capacity for the chair, and seeing as the product appears to have been marked up in price, I really cannot recommend anyone get it. It's unsafe, someone older than me could get really hurt if the back falls out while they're sitting in it.

The chair is generally ok, but I found it disappointing that the arm rest assemblies are actually made entirely from plastic. In the photo they look metallic, but this is not the case. It means that if you occasionally like leaning back in your chair and putting your feet up, your body is at the mercy of two plastic brackets. After only eight months use, my chair's right hand side bracket snapped without warning. The chair is now quite useless. I also have a sore back for my troubles. Thanks a lot.

Quality product for the price. Easy to put together. The cable is quite short and you need to be close to a power point for massage to work. The massager and functionality of the chair works well. I also like how the arms swing back to tuck chair away.
