I read the reviews, and figured that this would be good value for money. When I first received it I was very happy, the quality seemed good, and it was well presented and packaged. I used it three times, and then it started to get a rattle inside. I sent an email to the supplier, and told them what the issue was. Somehow they decided to send me a new battery, which had nothing to do with the rattle which was inside the product and the description I provided. Exasperated, I opened it ul myself and found that two screws had come loose. I then put the screws back where they should be, and thought that would be the end of it. However, after using it the next time, it has a new and completely unrelated fault. A metal ring where you insert the different attachments has now come loose. I have opened it up and fixed, but I don't hold much hope. If it keeps going like this I'm going to have to start gluing everything into place. Not happy with this...

Original review at 2 weeks: Really like how easy it is to use. Carry case is really handy, especially for travel. Can apply serious pressure for more intense massage without it stopping or jamming. It has 20 different speeds and the top speed is very powerful. I've used this gun every day since I've got it. I got it mostly for recovery and it has made a huge difference there. What surprised me is how much of a difference it makes in using it before I work out as a way to prime the muscles for exercise. It makes it much easier to massage and recover areas of the body that are hard to get with massage balls, rollers etc e.g. traps, back, knees, bicep, forearm. I don't really interchange the different attachments much - I mainly just use the flat disc and the small "thumb" attachment. Haven't had any troubles after about 30 hours total use over 2 weeks (an hour at a time, and then leaving it on charge between).

Edit: After 3 weeks, a golden shaft ring has started slipping out of place after a few minutes use at level 20 and then makes a horrible noise. Not the end of the world - I can push it back in and keep using it, but probably starting to see the earlier wear and tear of going with a cheaper model v.s. what I imagine would be the longer life span of the more expensive theragun.

It has an indicator that tells you how much you have left. Very sturdy. You can probably buy cheaper but this is great.

I took a leap of desperation when I purchased this product. I experience chronic pain, plantar fasciitis, and my doctors say fibromyalgia (I’m not sure I agree with this one). But I get tightness and spasms is muscles that refers pain into my joints and reduces my range of movement. This percussion massage gun has not only helped with the pain but it has also helped with my range of movement. My friend who suggested this to me, complained with his brand wasn’t powerful enough. Well the MECO does not have this issue, I haven’t made it past level 1. The case is fantastic it fits in my beside draws and keeps everything neat and tidy. I charged when first receiving for the 9 hours as recommended and have only needed to charge again for an hour to get it back to fully charged and I use it everyday. Great digital display shows when charge is getting low. I over did things getting organised for guests yesterday and couldn’t walk properly. I laid down for 20mins to rest and then used the MECO muscle massage gun on my feet and was able finish my preparations. If you experience chronic muscle related or trigger point pain I recommend this product, it will change your life. It is a little heavy but I use support to rest it on while holding and directing, cushion, couch arm, edge of mattress.

Don't buy, it's not worth the headache of getting a refund

When I first purchased this I loved it then it stopped working after a month.

The seller sent me a replacement no charge.
I used it twice and it is faulty also (the battery)

I have been contacting the seller for the last month or two trying to get a refund all I get is multiple people saying they look into it and get back to me.

Then the latest person has said to me to use the replacement after I've already stated that this is faulty.

Please do yourself a favour and buy this, from a local store Atleast when it stops working you can easily replace it.

I do not recommend it to anyone.
Especially this seller whonare reluctant to solve my issue.

PS it still isn't resolved after months so I'll be taking the next steps to take this further.

Great massager but had E2 error message

The Meco massage gun worked well for the first few days then an 'E2' error message appeared and the gun stopped. I contacted the seller who provided quick feedback and will be sending a replacement. It's a great massager and I find it really beneficial for recovery after HIIT workouts and running. Well worth the money.

Started good but failed quickly

It worked awesome for the first day! On the second use it started to stall with the slightest pressure. The LED display would still say speed 20 but it would only vibrate at the slowest pace. Machine needed to be turned off and then it would reset and start working again for a few minutes before stalling again.

I contacted the manufacturer and they replied that it is not a pressure machine and that I am lucky it still works. The after purchase service was very very poor and I feel understanding English wasn’t a strength for the people who have been replying to my emails.
Machine had potential to be fantastic but a machine fault and lack of after service care left me very disappointed.
