Quality seems to be good, however I used only twice.

I my mistake was that I understand Twin as its a UK double. So I couldn't fit the mattress in standard way.

I only find solution to roll my mattress and use straps to fix it and then only put it in the bag and vacuum it.

It worked for me.

Also please pay attention that it comes from USA, so returning process will be a big difficult.

However if you check size before buying then you will be fine.

Since this is one of the vendors I use at least once a month and I have read so many bad reviews, I wanted to speak up for this product's commercial grade plastic and how well it really does work. Anyone complaining with 4 stars or less is clearly not using the product as it was intended. I ship mattresses all over the nation for my business using these bags and it works everytime.

My method:
1) Make sure your area is free of anything that could puncture the bag. It is plastic so act accordingly!
2) Slip mattress in bag with vent hole facing up with. Be sure to run the closing clip along the zip line twice to verify seal.
3) Open a small portion of the seal you intend to stick ur vacuum hose in. (I personally use a Shop Vac.). Close the seal up around the hose and use some tape if you must to keep the seal closed
4) Place hose towards the base of the mattress and turn it on. If you dont see your mattress compressing on itself in a couple minutes, you have not sealed it well enough.
5) Once the mattress has visually stopped compressing, start walking every inch of the mattress WHILE the vac is on! (Two people makes this easier altho not necessary.). After walking on it TWICE, turn the vac off and close the seal w the clip as quick as possible.
6) Open the vent hole. Put your vacuum hose on the vent hole and turn it on. The second person ought to again walk the entire mattress slowly to expel as much air as possible. Close the vent hole.
7) Put the compressed mattress butted up against a wall. Again, two ppl helps! Roll it up as tightly as possible. Once you have it rolled, be ready with some GOOD tape to keep it rolled. I tape it in 4 places initially just to keep it rolled up. Then i set it on one its side and tape around the mattress in about 8 places all along the sides.

This process works!! My team are able to compress a King Mattress 12" or 15" in thickness and can vacuum seal it and fit it into a cardboard box that is a 15" x 15". We do it all the time.

Attached is a video of me doing it myself before i even had an actual method to the madness.

In Conclusion:
Use 2 people. Handle Well, Seal Well, Vacuum Well, Tape Well, Protect Well.

Great idea, poor quality. I thought this would be a great way to get a spare mattress that we use for guests out of the way and save some space. It started out OK, it worked as it should. I got the mattress into the bag, vacuumed down, rolled and tied up with cord (even taking the extra precaution to put rags between the bag and cords) and had to slide it across the floor because it's HEAVY. As soon as I got the cap onto the valve I could hear a leak. It was a small hole where the valve and plastic join. Duct tape. That taken care of, I move it to the closet where I plan on storing it. Keep in mind that I only moved it 6 or 8 ft, across clean carpet with no obstructions and nothing sticking out for it to snag on. Got it into the closet - also carpeted - and immediately it started to inflate. I had one heck of a time dragging it out of the closet all puffed up as it was, thankfully it was still tied or that mattress would have stayed in that closet forever. So I get it back out, untied and laid out. Tried vacuuming it so I could listen for leaks but nothing happened. Finally I find a giant tear, big enough to fit my hand through. Duct tape. Repeat process, still nothing. Giant tear number 2. Duct tape. Finally got it all shrunk, rolled, tied, stored. Almost 3 hours wasted on what would have taken 15 to 20 minutes. I will say that if you must have one of these bags, just have plenty of good strong duct tape on hand and a box or storage container big enough to fit it in. Because if you so much as look at the plastic wrong, it's going to tear. I gave two stars instead of one because I was ultimately able to get it to work. If it weren't so cheaply made it would have gotten 5. the only reason I didn't just return it is because this was literally the only vacuum bag I could find big enough to fit a California King mattress.
