I was dreading getting this lid cover, sort of. I figured it would make the lid fall down. And it did, till I attached it a different way than I had done with my previous lid cover. The fix is to fit it over the hinge cover locks at the back of the lid rather than in front of them. Voila, stays up when it should. The cover is very plush. Hope it holds up and washes well.

This toilet seat cover is unique especially now that toilet seat covers are not “in” and it matches the rug I purchased separately. The quality is excellent. This white toilet seat cover was not able to be shipped to California probably due to proposition 65. I had to mail it to my daughter in another state. This is unfortunate and blocks the seller from a huge market. Although it is only the white one that’s can’t ship.

I guess no one uses toilet seat lid covers anymore except me. It just gives that finished look. A decent cover can no longer be found ANYWHERE. This was the best I could find that was remotely made of cotton. It is made very poorly. Looks as though they ran out out of cotton on the underside exposing a muslin type backing and elastic. All of this “nasty,” unfinished side would show when the lid was lifted. Not something I want to see on a daily basis much less have my guests see. Not sure what the deal is on this product.

This toilet lid cover is soft and plush as mentioned in many other reviews. Unlike other users I did not have any problem fitting the cover on the lid. Also the lid stays up without issue. We prefer however to keep the lid down so I knew I wouldn’t have a problem no matter what happened. I haven’t washed the cover yet so I can’t speak to it’s ease of cleaning but as of now, I would definitely recommend this cover.

I marked the thickness at a two, because it's thinnish, but how thick does a toilet cover really need to be? I returned the accompanying bathroom rug because it was definitely too thin for a bath rug. Love the texture this adds to my dark gray/light gray bathroom. Washed several times already. Hasn't shrunk and has kept it's shape. Would definitely recommend.

This can be a pro or con depending on your gender & who you share a bathroom with. This comes so fluffy & large that the toilet seat ring will not stay in the up position (for men). So, if you are a female & have no males sharing your toilet on a regular basis, this is good.
If you are male or share a toilet with males, this is a definite downer.
I assume that with regular usage, it will flatten over time.
