McCormick fine garlic powder is a great substitute for clove fresh garlic because 1/4 tablespoon of garlic powder is equal to one clove fresh garlic

This is more like a chemical burn and there is literally no garlic taste. I was like thinking I'm crazy, I went to Costco and bought some of their garlic powder and I was like wait no I'm not the Costco stuff actually tastes normal.
If you like garlic and hate cancer don't buy this
The garlic powder is fresh -- it has lots of flavor. It is definitely powder, though -- the McCormick garlic "powder" I get in the store is more granular-- this is finely powdered.
