I have read through this book twice and I am now getting ready to start my 3 day fast. Scary but I expect to see the results as stated in the book. I would suggest that anyone wanting to lose good chunks of weight without feeling like they are on a diet try this book. Great insights into how the body works and also some very interesting and tasty recipes.

So, I did The Plan 4 years ago but life happened and I needed a reboot. The Metabolism Plan is a fantastic way of life...not for those that aren’t committed to the work or just want to count points. There is planning, chopping and record taking. So worth it though because in the end you know what is good for your body and how to keep the weight off. It even has an exercise component so you can test that as well. It has certainly worked for me. Good luck!

Would recommend this to anyone that has dietary issues. I use it not too loose weight but for figuring out which foods agree and don't agree with my body

didn't realize you had to follow her recipes and buy specific foods. way too time consuming and complicated. where I live, in northern Ontario there is no way I have access to some of the foods required. was somewhat helpful as to figure out what foods that are 'good for YOU'
