I read a lot, but not so much in self-help. At 51, I’ve read enough of the genre, though, that The method reminded me of a 21st-century successor to books like The Power of Positive Thinking. a good book.

Most of us think that life is hard work and that bad things just sometimes happen to good people. The book will tell you how wrong this is and will go on talking about YOU. This book focuses on helping you find out who you are, your true Self. When a person lives out of integrity with their true Self, the best they can hope for is survival, and we don't want this to be us. This book will also discusses what your internal navigation does for you.
This book is unlike your ordinary self-help book. It's straightforward, informative and will dramatically change your life. The Method is very fast and efficient and this can take you by surprise. I highly recommend this book for people who feel at a lost and looking for some serious changes in their lives.
