Item arrived a day early and in excellent condition.
I did notice is is called a Complete C3 Powerline, not Family All Rounder but product ID on the
box is the same as advertised, and also on theMiele website, so suggest it has had a name change.
Turned it on, wow, what a difference to our old, 10 yrs, Miele, this one is as strong on it’s second
lowest setting also, even on it’s highest setting, it is quieter than the old one.
So, very satisfied.

I liked the very powerful suction, the ability to set the level of suction and the look of the appliance. I also thought it was fair value for money. I found the main floor cleaning attachment didn't have a setting for cleaning large porcelain tiled areas. Even on the best setting it squeaks along on the tiles due probably to insufficient clearance on the cleaning head.

This was great value during the Black Friday sales. It has very powerful suction and isn't too bulky so it does not take up too much room when stored away. The only downside would be that it needs to be put on the lowest setting on our carpet as the suction is so strong.

Great Vacuum cleaner. I pretty much only use the silent option because the suction on the high mode is too strong for the carpet, unless you want an aching arm after 15mins! The silent mode is so quiet that I can watch TV at the same time as vacuuming, which is a big plus!
