5’8” 120-135 lbs get a small!

This dress is great! Lots of mixed reviews about the sizing. But two things I can confirm - it is short, and it is sexy. I gambled buying a small but it ended up fitting almost perfectly - the only issue being it could have used an extra inch on the length (but it’s not like I was hanging out anywhere). I’m 5’8”, 128 lbs, athletic/slinder build with a “rounder” tush. I vary in weight up to 138 lbs. If you fit around this shape/size, a small in this dress is your bet. A medium would have been way too large in the torso area as even the small has some give here. Not too much clevage. Really do love this dress.

I was invited to a gala that was in March. I wanted a long sleeve dress both due to weather and to hide my sleeves as this was a "classy" work related event :D The theme of the party was "gold and glitter". After scouring my local stores and coming up empty, I looked online. Amazon by far had the best selection and could be here as fast as I needed it to.
I'm 5'7 and weigh-in in the upper 120s, 36DD in my mid thirties. I wanted to get a medium as typically when you buy online my experience is that things run a little small. However, the medium would not have arrived on time, so I got a small. It fit PERFECT! Like a glove. Not too short, as you can see in my second photo. The sleeves were a little itchy as some of the other reviews stated, but not too itchy. As the night went on, I didn't even notice. Also, the sequins can get snagged on one another, so I took a little pair of manicure scissors with me in case I had to cut myself loose. Luckily I didn't need to! Definitely recommend this dress. I received many compliments and had a great time dancing the night away!

So disappointed that this dress didn't fit me well after seeing some great pics. I have a small waist and for me this was incredibly BAGGY in the entire mid section - baggy does not suit this style at all. It does look similar in quality to some dresses by another designer (V Camuto) that are in Macys - really not too much difference - but I had to return because of the fit being terrible. I ordered a small -- i'm kind of inbetween XS and S - so if that is you too - I would go SMALLER to XS. Another odd thing was that the tag on mine was Completely intertwined into the zipper - so I had to cut the tags and pry them from the zipper before I could even try the dress on. Looked pretty otherwise if it had only fit. I didn't have time to try the smaller size to know for sure. I do think that the design on the tummy looks like it accentuates a tummy rather than minimizing -- think they could have come up with a better design pattern there. Don't know anyone who wants tummy to look bigger.

Love this dress!! I thought it might be too sparkly for my dad's restaurant birthday party, but I think it's perfect. I'm 5' 3" and 125 lbs and the small fit perfect and not too tight, there was some room to breathe and move around. The cleavage area isn't too showy either, I would suggest wearing a plunge bra just in case a regular bra would show (but not necessary). Especially for the price, this dress is perfect. The "gold" color is more of a pinkish goldish color, rather than a yellow gold color, which I think is much prettier than what's pictured. The design on the dress is slightly off in the dress I received but I think it's not obvious when wearing it, it looks like the design is intentional and maybe better since the 'diamond' shape shown on amazon sits right on the stomach area and would make the stomach look bigger. Planning to wear it with camel/dk brown colored wedges (steve madden pannick wedge).

I just bought this dress for NYE, and it is beautiful! The only problem is the design in the midsection does make me look pregnant, as another review has stated... but I just have to suck in a bit and it looks better haha. Honestly, it's not a huge deal, as the rest of the dress is very form fitting and sexy. It has a nude liner underneath the sequins as well, so it is not as itchy as I expected it to be. I am 5'4" and 130lbs and ordered a M, which fit perfectly. Snug, with a bit of stretch. It also is not too short, as it comes to mid thigh. I will add a picture of myself come NYE!

The dress is very cute and seems well made (aside from the sequins that kept falling off) but I ended up returning it as I wasn't very comfortable in it. I ordered a small (I'm around 5'2, 120lb) and it fit well except for being shorter than I'd like..maybe with tights underneath I'd feel more comfortable in it. The sleeves are very itchy and I think that would really bother me if I wore it out.

I am 5'7" and around 117 lbs. the extra small was hoochie mamma, don't dare bend over, club wear. Not fit for a dinner date or work holiday party. The small fits nicely but is still tight and short.
