The quality of the materials is great, and the package includes all the tools required for assembly.
The assembly itself is very quick and easy.
However, the "Head sleeve" (the part where the monitor is actually mounted) seems to be unable to tighten properly.
My monitor is only 19lbs, so it's not even max capacity, but it can't seem to hold it on the desired angle.
Not sure if there's a work-around for this issue, but it's kind of a deal breaker if I can't get the monitors angled correctly.
Still though, for the price, surprisingly decent product.

First up, the package contents. Almost everything you'll need is in there; the parts, all of the screws and bolts you'll need and several tools. There are four allen (hex) keys and a 17/19mm spanner, the latter being stamped from mild steel (or possibly hard cheese) and just about up to the job. The only tool I needed that wasn't provided was a cross-head screwdriver for fixing the VESA mount plates to my monitors.
Next, assembly. The main arm is pre-assembled, so little to be done there. The support pole is not attached to the base, but this is because you actually have two options for the base; a clamp, as shown in the pictures, but also a bolt and plates to let you fix it to a desk by drilling a 10mm hole through the desk. In my case this was perfect and an unexpected bonus, as my desk is bolted to the wall and I was expecting a fair bit of work to accommodate the clamp.
Whether you use the clamp or the through-bolt, the inner surfaces of the plates have a soft material lining to help secure the plates and avoid scratching the desk surface. The steel used for the clamp and plates is of a good thickness and seems to be suited to the job.
The plate inside the pole that has the holes to accept the screws for the mounting plates proved to have been welded in very slightly off square, meaning that the fixing screws (and the through bolt I used) go in at an angle. Not enough to be a real problem, but enough for me to take a star off.
If you're planning to use the through-desk bolt as I did, some words of advice; 1) save some time and use a 17mm socket and ratchet drive rather than try to use an open-ended spanner (e.g. as supplied) and 2) run the bolt in and out of the pole a couple of times before fixing it to the desk - I reckon the finishing on the thread (bolt or hole, could be both) is poor leading to a tight first fit.
Although not required for my monitors, there are a number of spacers supplied to allow using the flat VESA mount plates with screens that have a curved back. The supplied instructions show how this works, said instructions being quite a good example of their ilk - clear, and not suffering from a Chinglish translation. To be fair, you could probably put it together without reading the instructions, just not quite so quickly. Other mounts I've used in the past seem to have gone out of their way to be awkward and fiddly.
Once the screens are mounted and adjusted, the only minor niggle is that the arms aren't quite rigid enough to absorb all shock (e.g. from knocking the desk), but then unless you're in an environment where vibration is a permanent feature it's not really a problem. And if it was, then you'd be spending £150-200+ for a mount in any case.
Finally, to summarise, this would be a good value product at its regular price of £50. At the sale price of £30 it's a bargain.

Easy to fit as stand or into desk.
Only critism is the poles when together is slightly bent and not smooth so if you need to move the monitor bracket over the joint section your unable to.
Lucky enough my old Vesa mounts are compatible with the pole so i ended up using them , thats the only reason i haven't sent to product back for a refund. I would suggest they take a look at their design as i can see this being a regular fault on why people would send it back.
