My 10 year old son is a passionate brick-builder, which is primarily using Lego. He really wanted this figure as he'd seen a preferable review on YouTube - obviously from someone that was not exactly impartial. The design is nice - when assembled, it looks pretty good. But the parts do not fit well (popping off, not fitting at all, etc) and the main 'skeleton' of the piece is loose; arms cannot hold a position, just flops down.
This is not a budget alternative to a Lego build - in fact it's expensive. Whilst the design is nice the actual build quality is poor. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.
