Just because I am an atheist and my partner is a Buddhist doesn’t mean we can’t have a Christmas tree. We’re festive! He requested (half joking) that we have a Buddha on top of the tree. This one seemed to be about the right size and it was hollow. I drilled a hole in the bottom of it with a boring bit and afixed it to the branch. I even fit a few extra lights in there for extra stabile and a glow.
During the rest of the year it sits on an end table on the north end of our home facing east.
