Yes you can have struggles getting out of the top, especially when you are a bit sweaty and it happened to me at first, with rising panic! The answer is to scoot the bra over the top of your breasts and hitch up as much as possible into the armpits without doubling any material over then with both hands reach behind your neck and grasp the "T" of the bra and pull the lot over your head. If you bend over at the same time I'm sure gravity helps too!....no juggling trying to get your arms back through the arm holes or anything! Works for me and hope it will help others that have a bit of a struggle.
