The black one is not the same as the charcoal- which I did buy in the wrong size so I won’t give a bad review. But this black one I bought after I figured out my size and inseam. It fit great on day one. Then I washed it and now they’re high-waters 🙄... the charcoal - which I bought too long- did not shrink however. They’re too long so it would’ve been great if they had. Oh well, Just buy a little longer inseam for black- and normal inseam for charcoal. That’s my takeaway.

Great leggings but NOT for a short person

Flattering leggings well made but for a taller person. I’m short and the legs are way too long dragging on the floor. Tried pulling them up but they creep down and drag after I wear them a little bit. Wish I’d returned them and now will need to have them shortened. Comfortable except for hiking them up all day due to my short stature and pant length. They’re high waisted as described. Note the waistband is NOT actually as wide as the phot makes it look. There is maybe a 1/4” tighter elastic band with the overall stretchy fabric.
Update: Pants did draw up length after washing and drying but still long dragging on floor.

Well-made but NO tummy control

These are crafted and designed well. The high waist covers well above the stomach. However, there is no tummy control at all, which is why I ordered them. The fabric used for the pants has quite a bit of stretch, but it's everywhere. There are pants made with an elastic panel specifically for the abdomen, which is what the description implied. These pants are mostly cotton and therefore not useful for a serious workout with a lot of perspiration, which will just absorb into the cotton. However, for a workout without a lot of sweat, these would be great.

Sizing is way off, however. My measurements fit exactly in the middle of the size I ordered. However, they are just a bit loose, and the fabric barely stretches.

These would make good casual pants paired with a t-shirt, and I probably will order them again. But if you're looking for tummy control, this has zero.

Runs slim

The weight and feel of the fabric was very nice, so I was very disappointed that they did not fit. They are extremely slim fitting, even in the plus sizes. Very slim down the leg to just below the knee, where they balloon out. The cut was really unflattering. If the bootcut flare had atarted lower on the calf, and not been SO much flare, they would be better styled. As I said, the fabric was very very nice and buttery soft.

I am 5'10" tall, 180 pounds, 34" inseam, 36" waist. I ordered this is 2XL, 34" inseam. The fit is okay. The waist fits fine, but it's close. If your waist is a bit larger, the fit will be too tight. These are snug in my thighs (but I have robust thighs). They are long! They work for me. However, even for me (who has a 34" inseam) they are about an inch too long. I can make it work, but if you're shorter, you'll need to hem.
Overall, I don't like these. I wanted a lighter-weight cotton pant. These are heavy and clearly have a lot of synthetic material in them. They probably will stink horribly after several workouts. It's the kind of fabric that will hold a stink!

I love love these pants and the amount of lycra make them comfortable and flattering but the fabric has small flaws in it where tiny holes appear once you put them on. The manufacturer refunded my money on one pair and that was really great that they did that. I kept the pair that had the tiny holes and repaired them and wear them for everyday. The other pair I ordered did have the flaw in them.

I waited to wash and wear a while before putting in a review. I love the length and look of these pants and fit was good however the stitching is coming out in sections as the thread is coming undone. This could be an easy fix by the manufacturer with a better quality thread. Only the stitching that attaches waistline to pants is unraveling. Pant hens are fine. I got the pants to fit loose and they do slide off a bit so it’s not bc pants are too small that stitching is coming out.
